Service was fine. -- tire had been losing air and light coming on.. Tire was checked and found to have a small screw in it -- tire was removed, screw removed and tire repaired.

The service team is friendly and accommodating. They are considerate of your time and do not overbook appointments; therefore, you aren't there all day when you schedule an appointment.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and explain things to you. We have been using their service center for over 15 years . Keep up the good work!

This is our second Honda from Hubert Vester Honda. First off we are Honda fans,but Hubert Vester Honda makes it even better You absolutely cannot beat the sales folks and the Service Department folks at Hubert Vester Honda. They all go above and beyond what is required!

purchased 2 cars paid one off early - received a letter from Honda Financial that the dealership owed me a refund on Gap insurance and credit life ins. Called several times left several messages - no one returned my calls. I called multiple times and nothing but answering machines. won't purchase another car from Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson.

Visited Hubert Vester last week and looked at a jeep for my daughter that is about to get her license. Worked with JimTetter in sales. Great guy and very friendly. Decided to get the vehicle today, called and told dealership I was leaving Fayetteville at 12. They advised they would pull vehicle up and be ready. While in route to Wilson from Fayetteville we get an email from a person I never spoke with before saying the vehicle had been sold. So we turn around and head back to Fayetteville saying that is the way it goes. I let enough time go by for the sale to close and I call the person back that emailed to see if the deal possibly fell through. He says well they are just arriving now from Raleigh and I will call you if they do not get the vehicle. Wait. You told me the car had been sold. He says no but we sent them pictures. Well I drove 1.5 hours to look at the car. Of course my guy Jim is not there. Stevie Wonder can see what happened here. If you are looking for a car I suggest you not deal with less than honest people. Makes me wonder what else goes on at Hubert Vester. For the man that outright lied to me for reasons a blind man can see, I suggest you be very careful how you expose your company to liability. You will eventually screw over someone that will take you to task. Good luck Jim, you deserve better than this.

Purchased a used vehicle from Hubert. 1 week into owning it I noticed the rear window didn't roll down. Contacted the sale associate that sold me the car and I brought it back for repair. I was told by the service manager he would cover the cost and for me to take it to a dealer closer to me! I figured great that would work fine. Please note I purchased the extended warranty and I was well within the 30 day /1000 mile Hubert Vester warranty. After dropping it off and fighting with warranty Hubert Vester only would cover under $150 dollars on the total bill I received after I had to pay $250 of the warranty deductible.I asked them why I should pay when the service manager said I wouldn't have too and I have text messages saying so. I also asked about the 30 day 1000 mile turns out it only covers "power train" best they could do was offer to take the car back and help find another "after" I pay for it to get out of the shop. No thanks I won't be referring people to Hubert.
