I came towards closing for the day on a Friday night. I was able to test drive the car I wanted. They were patient with me and my financing bank as there were some issues that arose. The 3 staff members stayed past their time doing business with me. I came home that night with the car & came back the next morning to officially finalize everything. With that being said, it was a stressful situation but they adapted to my needs. However, I was a little disappointed with how the car was not as clean as it should have been. There were food crumbs in the crevices, sticky stuff on the door, and stains on the seat & sun shade. Overall they provided me with good service. Thank you!

Everyone I worked with, from searching for a new vehicle all the way to driving it off the lot, was nothing short of honest, friendly and professional. Candice was quick to respond in her emails with good, detailed, and valuable information. She was ultimately the reason I went out to the dealership. Donnie was on-point. He was attentive, listened to what I had to say, and was extremely knowledgeable with all Honda vehicles. He wrote everything I said down, and was also quick to response to my questions or concerns. Donnie was also very resourceful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for (since they did not have it in their inventory at the time), and get it at the price I asked for. You can't beat that. Tony was quick at what he does. He knows the process like the back of his hand. He was there to simply get me out the door in my new vehicle as stress free as possible. Plus, he'll make you laugh! Everyone I worked with at the dealership was super friendly, laid back, and made sure I was taken care of at all times. At no point did I ever feel like I was being manipulated, or strong armed into making a purchase. Hands down, one of the best buying experiences I've had.

I was in the dealership receiving service on my 2014 Odyssey. I asked about upgrading just to see what they would give me for my current van. Rossi made the entire process easy and painless. They gave me more than KBB and I walked out of there with a new van. I was honestly stunned. They were so nice and easy to work with and the van is luxurious!! Heated seats, touch screen audio/navigation. Wowza!!

Not a great experience. The finance manager was inexperience and I was shown 3 different monthly payments. If not for my patience I would have walked out.
