Nick was professional and friendly from the beginning. He shot straight with me, did not try to oversell. Their price on the BMW 335i was well below the ones I considered from other dealerships, and the car was in perfect condition. I even had the BMW dealership down the road check out the car, and it was exactly as Hi-Line represented it. The dealership gave Hi-Line excellent marks as well, which was helpful confirmation. I purchased an Audi A5 from Hi-Line. It is an amazing car. The process was a good experience. The people are friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. When I came back to actually purchase the car, I had a very short window of time, and they made everything work very quickly!

I had spent some time looking all over the internet for a great deal on the Lexus I wanted. One day, the perfect one popped up online and I almost didn't go check it out because the price was so fantastic. Well, I called Hi-Line, spoke with Nick and decided to come and take a look. Now this next part is (unfortunately) rare, the Lexus I came to see was BETTER than Nick had described it to be over the phone. It was pretty immaculate! From the test drive to the buying, everyone at Hi-Line was an absolute pleasure to deal with and all went very smoothly. I felt like Nick and I were old friends by the time I left with my new car - he is a genuinely great guy. Last note, when they say "No Haggle Pricing", they mean it, but unlike big dealers like CarMax, their no haggle price is actually a darn good price and there is no need to haggle (and I'm a "haggler").

I was recommended HiLine by one of my coworkers, nevertheless being a novice about car buying I was rather skeptical. Nick was able to ease all my worries as soon as i walked in...he was to the point, honest and walked me through every detail painstakingly, even steering me away from cars that would have meant more of a commission if it was not a good fit for me. Ali was excellent with the paperwork and made sure he explained every detail to me. Finally, the car I purchased is a gem and I once again would like to thank the Hi Line team for an excellent experience.

Great dealership! I have bought 7 cars since the opened and will be back for more. It is the best buying experience of a high end car you will ever have. No dealer will ever be able to match the price and quality of cars they have. I drive 4 hours to get ther and make a day trip out of it. I've bought several cars in the last 10 years. Buying a luxary car can be intimidating and overwhelming. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. I was treated with respect and no one tried to "SELL" me anything. At Hiline Garage, "it is what it is" no gimmicks. I shopped for 4 months and no one, I mean no one, came close to their prices, customer service, and transparency. Excellent car buying experience! Of all the vehicle I have purchased, I must say that this was the best experience. I spoke with Darren Robinson over the phone after locating the car on the website. He was professional, informative, and personable. He was forthcoming regarding the vehicle's condition including minor details. We are from Louisiana, and flew up to pickup the car. Darren was very hospitable, being kind enough to pick us up from the airport and made other recommendations to ensure that I stay in the Charlotte area would be a good one. The car was everything that he claimed that it was over the phone, and he pointed out the minor issues mentioned over the phone without my requesting it. We had been shopping for several months and had looked at many cars, but none were close to matching the overall value, (price and condition) of this car. The staff at Hi-Line Garage were friendly, the atmosphere personable. I enjoyed viewing the wall containing pictures of previous customers.
