Great experience. Awesome customer service. Emanuel helped me during the process of buying my car. He was super helpful and supportive from the moment I called to ask whether the car I wanted was still available. I was impressed at how several of the employees checked in to see whether I needed anything during the two visits when I was on site. It was a really good experience with the team and the sales manager, Mr. Darrin Robinson. I appreciate the customer service and the genuine interaction from each person that I met and who spoke to me even in passing. I'd been looking for a new car for almost two months and the previous week I'd made the decision on the brand and vehicle I wanted. I'm sooooo glad Hi-Line had the car I wanted and in the exact color I wanted it !!!!!!
