My wife and I bought a 2017 330i for xdrive. From start to finish Anton was amazing. We originally looked at another vehicle but switched it up for another. At the start I explained to Anton how my wire and I were interested in the 330i and that we live 7.5 hours away. I explained to him that for this deal to happen, I need to know what they serviced on the vehicle as well as and scratches or dents that are visible. If he would have hidden anything from us we would have canceled the deal once we got there. he sent me pictures of everything I asked for and provided all of the information I requested. We told him we would be down 2 days from now. We have to get our ducks in a row but we are coming to get the vehicle. When we started our trip I received a text message saying that the vechicle was scheduled to be looked at by another couple. Apparently there is no way to put money down on it remotely. I was highly displeased that the vehicle might be sold by the time we got there. I asked if we could put the money down on it remotely and was told no. I explained to him that the only reason we aren’t there is because we live 7.5 hours away. We reserved a rental car and a hotel to make the trip easier. Upon hearing this, he tried to talk to his manager to no avail. My wife then asked for the sales manager. After multiple conversations they were able to somehow hold the vehicle for us, but not before trying to sell us on the other vehicle we were previously interested in. my wife refused it. After getting confirmation that the vehicle will be there the following morning we continued with our trip. Upon waking up from the hotel my wife immediately went over to the dealership and everything was prepared for her. The process once there was flawless. Anton was thankful my wife spoke to the manager. Apparently he is fairly new and was about to lose the deal due to him not being allowed to hold the vehicle. eveyone was respectful and professional at the dealership. We will check them out again in the futures and will suggest them to our friends. The only suggestion I would make is to make it possible for someone to put a non refundable deposit down on a vehicle so the stress we went through would not be replicated.
