After a bit of online shopping, I found this car on AutoTrader.com. I called early on Saturday morning. Bryan, with a Y, answered the phone. I told him which vehicle I was interested in. He took my number and promptly called back to confirm availability since we were driving two hours to Charlotte. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and turned over to Bryan. We were offered refreshment and a chance to stretch before getting down to business. The car was ready to be shown and test driven. After the test drive, we got down to paperwork. The No Haggle Pricing made the experience very pleasant and not stressful at all. Rob walked us through the financing process and again, very easy to deal with. The one issue that came up was the pictures of the car online showed a hitch receiver but it had been taken off. After the deal was made, Bryan took the car to have the receiver reinstalled. There was only one key fob when the car was taken in on trade. Bryan contacted the previous owner and is working to get it and send it to us. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. As a matter of fact, my wife has plans to work with these guys when she gets ready to purchase her next ride.

If you want a really easy fun experience with buying a car I would highly recommend this dealership and Rich Bogert! He was the nicest, most patient man with a woman who is a little bossy :) and particular about what she wants!

Too many beautiful used luxury cars to choose from. After working with a very patient Matt Zelie, I finally chose a BMW 528i . It is gorgeous and super clean. Hi Line garage has really fair pricing.
