Too many beautiful used luxury cars to choose from. After working with a very patient Matt Zelie, I finally chose a BMW 528i . It is gorgeous and super clean. Hi Line garage has really fair pricing. For the first time ever, I didn't feel the need to haggle to death for a deal. What a refreshing experience that is. I will be back next car for sure!!

They had a great selection and prices. So much so that I found myself with having a hard time deciding on which one to purchase. What a great problem to have. I worked with Matt Zelie and he was very patient and easy to work with . I love my BMW 528i and Hi Line Garage.

This was my first experience in a dealership in awhile so I wasn't quite sure to expect. My representative was nice, but nothing extraordinary. I walked in the store with an objective to purchase a car, but left empty-handed. I received the basic information on a car I was interested in, however when I went right down the street to another dealership, I was treated like royalty. They were definitely interested in me purchasing a car. We sat and crunched actual numbers, they gave me the walk through with the car, offered me a test drive, and even gave me OTHER options. I came in both stores with the objective of buying an Audi, however now I'm conflicted with an Audi and Acura because at the other dealership he REALLY sold me BOTH cars. Not sure where I will go now. But the guy was nice.

Great inventory and prices on beautiful cars, and also a fair offer on my trade in. My 2016 BMW X3 is in amazing shape, fully loaded and everything I am looking for, and it was 100% the best price I found around! Rich and Rob really made the experience simple and great. They were honest, professional and worked hard exploring all the options to make the deal work for us-and I drove my new car home on the same day! Would definitely buy from Hi-Line again!

I did a lot of research online, trying to find the BMW X5 I wanted. I went to a BMW dealership in my area and test drove a vehicle, but it didn’t have the packages I wanted. I communicated with the local sales rep that I had found the type I wanted at another dealership (within the same dealership family) in Charlotte, but the sales rep did not get back to me until 24 hours later. So, I did more of my own research on Car Gurus and Cars.com and found the EXACT vehicle I wanted at Hi-Line Garage. I sent an inquiry email and received a reply from Judy. We emailed each other and I drove 3 hours the next morning to test drive the BMW. Judy was extremely professional and an absolute JOY to work with. How refreshing to have a female sales person in a male-dominated field! She made sure my teenage daughter and I were taken care of the entire visit. I noticed a flaw in the paint of the front panel and Judy had it looked at on the spot and repainted! I had not even purchased the vehicle yet! I had already spoken to my banker in SC and knew the rate I could get for financing, but Hi-Line was able to meet that rate. I was able to leave Charlotte with MY BMW! I will definitely recommend the drive to Charlotte and Hi-Line Garage to all my Charleston,SC friends for luxury vehicles.
