Lots of inventory to choose from, they had exactly what we were looking for and priced similar to dealers in the area. Bryan was very knowledgeable about the car and answered most, if not all, our questions. They do not negotiate on prices, which seems to be what most everyone is going to anyways. Overall, a good experience!

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am not a spring chicken when our car got totaled in an accident and a deal we had to buy from an individual fell through we were forced to go to the dealerships to find a car of course I started online by doing a search for the cars that we were interested in and found one at Hiline Garage we set an appointment and went to see the BMW 428i when we got there they were already busy even though it was early Saturday morning the staff was very friendly and courteous we got a salesperson and immediately went to the car that we were interested in after a lengthy test drive we came back and breezed through the paperwork the car was already price 5000 below average retail so that wasn't a problem the finance paperwork went through without a hitch and in a couple of hours we left with our BMW very happy I highly recommend the staff and the inventory which is outstanding at Highline garage

Fantastic buying experience, courteous/professional staff, total transparency during the entire process, all questions answered efficiently. The second key to my new vehicle was missing and I was promised a new key would be ordered, but as I drove away, I thought ?I?ll probably never see that happen? but a new key was HAND DELIVERED to my front door by the general manager. ( I don?t even live in the same city). So believe me when I say customer service is alive and well at Hi Line Garage in Charlotte NC. Ask for Bryan Armbruster or general mgr Phil for A+ service!

I originally came to Hi-Line garage with the intention of buying a Mercedes C300. I drove from out of state (3 hours) and had an appointment with Erick Cover. Mr. Cover was outstanding! He is extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was gracious when I asked to drive 3 other cars. Every car that I drove was immaculate - very hard to make a choice! All in all, I had a great experience, no pressure, great financing and left with the car of my dreams! Hi-Line Garage will always be my first choice with automobile purchases in the future!!!

I visited 7 dealerships over the past 3 days and I wish I would have just started at this location and saved a lot of time.
