I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with my buying experience, the car, and the salesman, Ken Naglitsch. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes and wasn't sure what to expect. I've never heard of Hi-Line Garage, and honestly, the pics for this particular car was not the best. I think the lighting was a little off as the color was not accurately represented on their website. But no matter, there was enough information on the website to convince me to take a chance and drive 2.5 hours just to see the car. Am I glad I made that trip. It took all of 30 minutes for me to decide. No hassles and no pressure. I am definitely going to be recommending them to everyone I know, and will look to them first when I am ready for my next purchase.

Amazing quality and service! They made sure to understand what I was looking for. They took the time and effort and brought severals cars for me to test drive. All cars were amazing, the prices were the best. I am enjoying my Maserati very much. My next car for sure, I'll get from here. Thank you for you help. I am happy satisfied customer.

I bought a 2014 Audi A4 from Hi-Line Garage this past weekend and would definitely recommend buying a car there. I was greeted by my sales rep Ken Naglitsch right after I parked and he showed me the 2 cars I was interested in. He answered all of my questions and helped me make my decision. The whole process was smooth from greeting to test drive through the purchase and paperwork. The only slightly negative thing was that I had to wait a while to do the paperwork because they were selling so many cars at the time. That's a good sign when so many people are buying from a dealership though so it wasn't a problem. Great service and high quality cars that are priced to sell. These guys are doing it right at Hi-Line Garage.

This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Hi-Line Garage during the past year. One of the best buying experiences that I've had. I recommend scheduling an appointment due to the high demand of their vehicles.

Hi-Line garage was very helpful in assisting me in looking for a car. I worked with two people, and Darren helped me find the car I eventually bought. It was a hard decision between two cars and Darren was very patient and did not try to push me one way or the other. I'm sure he was relieved when I made my choice. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Joe Scarpio was the best sales person that I have dealt with in years. He only showed me the cars that I was interested in, instead of trying to talk me into something that I really did not want. Darren Robinson is an excellent salesperson. I really enjoyed handling business with him. He really made me and my family feel like we were actually a part of the business. I am so glad that I took the time out of my busy schedule to come to Charlotte, NC to look at your selection of cars. I would highly recommend Darren to others in the near future when they show interest in purchasing a new vehicle . He was definitely awesome.

Words can not express the experience that I received from my salesman during the purchase of my first luxury vehicle. The experience was such a reassuring and relaxed environment , really made me feel safe as a female . The process was very easy and I had the pleasure of having my own personal salesman to guide me in the right direction .
