Brought my 2016 Ram in for service.

Brought my 2016 Ram in for service. I had three issues. Carl Krocker was the service writer. He understood my issues and communicated the solutions to me as they came to him from mechanics and FCA. I I am happy with results and Carl letting me know what to expect. All I ask.

Daniel Zarco was my service advisor.

Daniel Zarco was my service advisor. I was there for an oil change and He got me in and out of there quickly and was super nice and friendly! Advised me about things I need to do for my vehicle in the future and gave me a good discount.

My wife and I were travelling to So.

My wife and I were travelling to So. CA from Washington state to attend my grandson's graduation. The A/C in our Fiat stopped working at the Oregon/ CA border on the hottest June day on record in Central CA. 108 in Sacramento. Called or tried to stop at over 20 quick service/ dealers/ repair shops between Redding and Bakersfield. No one had the refrigerant or time to service my Fiat. When we got to Ontario, I decided to try Ontario Chrysler. Drove in and was helped by Karina, a service writer. She explained they were backed up in service, but would try to have the unit looked at the next morning. She offered to have me driven to a rental car facility where I was able to get a great rate on a rental for a couple days. Karina texted and called and were happy to report the unit had been re-charged and was working well. Picked up the car the next day. Although it was a little more than I thought it might be, we needed the A/C for the drive back. Great service by Karina, the service crew, and everyone at Ontario Chrysler.
