So I guess the best thing to do is make an appt because I was at the dealer at 7am and the gates weren't even opened yet. The service dept doesn't open until 8am... So I was there in line an hour early. I went thru the gate at 8am, checked in at 8:15 or so, I got my car back at almost 12! Yep 4 hours and for what do u ask? A simple oil change. I've been here many many times and I've never waited more than 70-90 minutes... 4 hours was way way too long. Hopefully next time I'll set myself an appt.

I was not happy that it took 7 day to look at my truck
I was not happy that it took 7 day to look at my truck and fix it. Then call me the next day. i don't think that i should have to pay for three days on the rental car, when it took 6 days took look at the truck fix it that same day. So now I have to pay for 3 days of $45 a day for the rental car.

Test drove and purchased a truck on Sunday August 17, 2024. When we test drove the truck we didn't notice it was on empty until after we purchased the truck and were leaving. There was barely enough gas to make it to the gas station. I called asked if they would fill up the gas tank and they said no. They said they do not fill up gas tanks. Every vehicle that i have purchased was filled up with gas and detailed. This truck was dirty after they detailed it. I showed them that the truck was still dirty. They took it back again and it came back still dirty. I am also still waiting for a call about the owners manual. I have called and left several messages and have not heard back. Its sad that they dont care about there customers. Once your done purching and signing the paperwork they are of no help. Shame on you. Update. I contacted the sales manager. No help. He wants to inconvenience me. He wants me to make the trip to the dealer to have my truck washed. They should send a mobile detailer and a gas card. I will never recommend anyone to this dealer.

Brought my 2016 Ram in for service. I had three issues. Carl Krocker was the service writer. He understood my issues and communicated the solutions to me as they came to him from mechanics and FCA. I I am happy with results and Carl letting me know what to expect. All I ask.
