A truly professional service mindset
Tech was expecting me and knew what service was required. He was professional, courtesy and didn't try to up-sell me. The work was completed efficiently and car returned to within a few minutes of the time promised. The customer lounge is comfort, free wifi and coffee - what could be better? OH, OK - just one thing - no hazelnut creamers for my coffee.

Service
Went to service dept to have my license plate put on my car. Tehy checked all fluid levels and tire pressure, added a little nitrogen to tires and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
