Speedy drop off and pick up

Quick drop off and pick up. Mike told me what was due because of months/mileage and didnt push on anything i wasnt ready to address.

Great Service

It is always easy to make an appointment for service and the entire staff is always friendly and helpful. Health Culp in the service department always goes above and beyond in making sure everything is good. I could go to a closer Nissan dealership for service but it is worth over an hour drive for this type of service.

Great Service Clean Facility.

Art Rodriguez gave excellent customer service. It is very rare these days to receive good customer service. So it is much appreciated.

Great service and staff

Everyone was super friendly, understanding, and helpful! The finance team did a great job with finding a monthly fee that didn't exceed my budget. In addition they awesome at keeping up with communication after purchasing the vehicle

Service Review

My wife and I both drive Nissan vehicles . She drives a 2017 Rogue and I drive a 2021 Frontier. Heath Culp in Service always handles our service needs. He represents Modern Nissan in Concord , NC extremely well and should be commended for insuring that customer service is done at it's very best.

Excellent perspective in customer service

I have been with Chick-fil-A for over 22 years. Customer service is a huge perspective for me. Modern Nissan of Concord gets it. I would not have bought my truck if the customer service was not up to my expectations from the first test drive to the signing of all the papers Modern, Nissan of Concord kept the customer service the high priority.

Great service from Modern in Concord

Gil was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He took his time explaining it all to me and also to my wife. He was very personable, not pushy, took time to learn us and our family dynamic and how we anticipate using the vehicle. Top notch 10 stars if I could. Definitely created a new Nissan lover in my eldest daughter(8).
