Mike is one of the best service managers you have there.

Mike is one of the best service managers you have there. He always explains what's going to be done to my car, gives me progress while it's being worked on, and lets me know what was found during the diagnostic inspection. I usually ask for him when I come down there.

Everytime I set my appointment with Robert Monte (Bobby)

Everytime I set my appointment with Robert Monte (Bobby) it is a very pleasant time. He answers my questions promply which is something I do appreciate. Also goes out of his way to make sure my Rogue is taken very good care of. He is one service representative that gives Modern Nissan a good record in the service department.
