Open Road Acura of East Brunswick

Went in just to look at various models. Steven Tong came up and assisted us. Showed us a few different vehicles and we ended up driving a new Acura TLX home. Wasn't expected to buy but the deal was great and was comfortable with the process. Salesperson Steven Tong was not pushy. Very informative and caring. A totally different experience that's rare in the car business. Highly recommended.

I went to my local dealer to purchase a new Acura and they were not very helpful and did not offer me the price I could pay. I then went to Open Road and not only did they meet my price but I got to take the car home that day. I was in and out in about an hour with my new car. How great is that!

Been buying Acura's from Open Road East Brunswick, since 1988. Love the car and very pleased with all aspects of Open Road Acura. Their sales person, Antonella was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spent about an hour deciding on which car we wanted and she put us in that car. This was such a pleasure, since I can't deal with sales pressure. Got no pressure at all from Antonella. Always had success with the cars and their service area took care of all our needs since we got our first Acura. Now we are onto our next Acura and have 2 cars from Open Road.

I was looking for a new or c.p.o mid-size suv...... So i stopped by one day after work just to take a look ... When i arrived . The sales person Amr Hashem greeted me with a nice smile and he wasn't pushy at all ... in fact he was very friendly and he didn't bother me with all sales boring questions ! But what i really couldn't believe how honest the sales person was . HIS HONESTY IS NOT NORMAL IN THIS BUSINESS ! My experience was totally unexpected and it was like a sweet dream :) .... i bought a beautiful R.D.X ....very very happy !

I went in to OpenRoad Acura and was greeted by Steven Tong - our salesperson. We test drove the TLX AWD. Came back and worked out the numbers and drove home in a Brand New TLX AWD. The whole process was smooth and not pushy. Great experience. Definitely recommended.

I Recently purchased a 2016 Acura MDX from OPEN ROAD ACURA of EAST BRUNSWICK I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. My salesperson was Michael Messina he was very professional and and knowledgeable and made the whole process pleasurable.

I came on a Saturday in early Nov 2015 taking a look at the Acura TLX with no intention to buy. Just to look. Lawrence had been my salesperson who greeted me. He showed me the car in and out and I fell in love with it. He had me drive it and get a good feel for it. After that we came inside, worked out some numbers and got me to where I needed to be without any haggle or typical back and forth negotiation. With that said, I had no reason not to buy that same Day. Lawrence also went over the whole car with me and set my up my first oil change appt with the service department. Best and Easiest Dealership would not want to buy anywhere else!

Melvin Morales is a stand up example of what a true salesperson should be. He promised me that no car was off limits and unattainable and he delivered on that promise. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Maserati Ghibli. As far as I am concerned, not one friend or family member of mine will buy a car if not with Melvin!
