good service bad waiting room
service was good. had my car done faster than they originally said. it was a recall. but the waiting room was really bad. On the ceiling & walls by the AC was mold &/or mildew. Glad i did not have to stay there longer than one hour. Room felt very damp.

Took my 07 Jeep Commander in as I was having problems, had tried fixing myself, but just couldn't find the problem. Adam Foote took in my vehicle & they were able to trouble shoot the problem & order parts on the first day. Jack called me and explained everything thoroughly, and I was satisfied. Ive had my Jeep back for about a week & it's running like a top. Quick and friendly service, and the price was less than I expected. Will definately be back.

CHRYSLER 300 L-2016 Transmission + 10,000 ml srvc
CHRYSLER Repair center I-10 / Katy, Texas CHRYSLER Service Center tried to correct issue with Transmission. Hard shift from gear 2 to 1 when slowing down coming to a stop. CHRYSLER Repair Center Downloaded new software to eliminate Transmission issue. *partially corrected - Issue with Transmission still exists. I was assured by CHRYSLER service center, the issue is completely resolved. what will be the next appropriate step to take on persisting Transmission issue?

Getting better but still needs improvement
The process still confusing when you arrive, sometimes they come to you, something you get out of the car and make a line, sometimes you just stand there. Picked up my car with red dirty rags on the seats, door open, plastic on seat and wet paper mats. Waited 1 1/2 hrs for the service, not sure if it should of taken that long, but it is getting better. Keep improving please.

Good service
Service writer, Jesus, took care of my harmonic balancer problem within 2 days. Fixed everything except for a small nick on the radiator fan wiring (minor). Also the service writer promised Dodge would pay for the rental car but I was charged. Not a big deal since the rental company only charged me for 1 day.
