Car purchase was fine, not so much on following up
The buying process was pretty simple. Spent a few hours in between 2 visits to complete the purchase. The salesman was pretty unprofessional as all communications were informal. The way I was acknowledged seemed very unprofessional. After trying to contact the salesman after purchase, he would not answer my phone calls nor my text messages. The finance advisor was dismissive. The warranty purchased as the way it was explained was inconclusive. After trying to make claims with the warranty, I was given information that did not correspond with the explanation given at the time of sale. The package with all papers given at point of sale seemed to be deliberately abridged as the terms and conditions of each warranty were not included. Overall not a great experience, but the quality of the vehicle purchased was good. They seem to not care about taking care of the customer after the vehicle purchase.

Two weeks to get an appointment for maintenance.
Two weeks to get an appointment for maintenance. Showed up early for the appointment and was told the Jeep had to be left for a diagnostic and it would take up to 3 days. Did not hear from the did not hear from the technician after 3 days, therefore I contacted the service department. Service representative stated the Jeep had not seen the technician yet. I contacted service manager two times with no response. Contacted the the general service manager, no return phone call. After a complete week of having my vehicle in the service department, I get a call from the service representative that they located the problem and now they do not have the part and had to order it which will take up two to three days. It took two business weeks to get my Jeep returned. .

3 hours to purchase a new vehicle and trade in a old one,
3 hours to purchase a new vehicle and trade in a old one, plus 1 hour for them to attempt to sell me something I didn't want or need. Total of 4 hours at the dealership. It was fun saying "NO" over and over again for 50 minutes. Would I purchase from these guys again, sure I would. They didn't know they only had 10 minutes to give me the paperwork and keys. I was ready to leave at the 4 hour mark. Guess they got lucky. I enjoyed the experience. Please don't call me about this review either. I think this review is a really good one!

Huge Disappointment
Lack of communication between customer and service. (Have to wait over 45 min on hold to talk to the service advisor) Lack of communication between service and parts. Couldn't order the right part) Lack of communication between customer and management. (Made over 5 requests to talk to the manger, even sat at his desk for 30 min while waiting and he just walked around me and didn't acknowledge my existence and to this day he still hasn't reached out) No service lounge, you are asked to wait outside on a bench under the blazing sun, pouring rain or cold weather storms. No option for loaners, not even a curtesy Uber. I have owned over 25 cars in my life time, 5 of which have been Chrysler products. I am a fan of a few Chrysler designs but hate to admit that the service at their competitors by far exceeds them. Which influences my future purchasing decisions. Not sure if I am the only one that believes that a customers time is worth something. But seems like this service department takes their customers times for granted.

I had an appointment at 9:00am an Justin waited on me on time.He was nice and took me to the waiting room. He came back to let know that are working on the car. When I brougth the car I though I need brakes. They where honest and told me they had to flush some lines.

Auto Appointment
Service was great. Didn?t have any issues except for one. Had scheduled an alignment along with my oil and tire rotation. Only to be told the day of that the alignment person wasn?t at work for the day. I had set the appointment a month in advance.

As it should be
This service department runs very smoothly. The service writer was very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me a full overview of what to expect and even told me he?d have it out sooner than I was originally told. He was friendly and personable. The work was done thoroughly. My only complaint is that several of the recall parts were on back order so I have to go back another time. Facility is very clean and engaging. I have had horrible experiences at dealership service departments in the past. But this one surpassed every expectation. I hope this trend continues long into the future.
