Marty my sales lady she did her thing definitely

Marty my sales lady she did her thing definitely appreciative however I got played on so many ends how do you pay over $30,000 for a vehicle and the speed or gas monitors do not work I was towed one thing they produced another such as rear camera did not work they told me to drive all the way back up to Lassen 92 miles from where I live only to be told to drive somewhere else which was an additional 60 miles out the way what a joke if they were just tell the truth through the whole process my experience would have been amazing

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE EVER. AND IF YOURE FROM OUT OF STATE, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY DO NOTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL AND SOLD ME A 28000 PIECE OF JUNK THAT IS RUSTING FROM INSIDE THE ENGINE, THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST 3K FOR DOCUMENTS AND THEN REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE ABOUT MY TEMPORARY PLATE AND I CANT EVEN DRIVE TO WORK! THEY PROMISED ME NOTHING WAS WRONG MECHANICALLY AND PROMISED TO SEND FLOOR MATS! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AND REFUSE TO EVEN BREAK DOWN THE NUMBERS OF HOW THEY ARE CHAGING ME 28000 FOR A CAR THAT I SUPPOSEDLY PAID 25300 FOR. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS RUINED MY PEACE OF MIND AND LITERALLY STOLEN 28 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ME AND THERE IS NO SIGN THAT IT WILL STOP. THEY REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE OR EVEN DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD IN WRITING!!! I PAID SIMONE 8 THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH AND 28000 DOLLARS FOR A VEHICLE SHE REFUSES TO SEND FLOOR MATS FOR OR LICENSE PLATES I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO WORK. THEY TEXT YOU FROM MULTIPLE NUMBERS AND ALMOST OVER COMMUNICATE AND THEN BLAME THEIR OWN MISTAKES ON THE CUSTOMER UNTIL "SIMONE" GETS INVOLVED, STARTS DISRESPECTFULLY TALKING AT PEOPLE AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK TO BE COMMUNICATED WITH IN ANYWAY BUT TEXTING, SHE STARTS LYING AND THEN REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND FLOOR MATS AND SHE WAITED A WEEK AFTER THEY WEREN'T SENT TO TELL ME SHE JUST DIDN'T SEND THEM. DIDN'T ORDER THE RIGHT ONES. DID NOTHING!!! WHAT DOES IT MATTER?!?!??! THE OIL DIPSTICK IS RUSTED OUT AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE EXCEPT FOR AN INACCURATE AGRESSIVE EMAIL COVERING NOTHING!!! AND IMPLIES THAT IM THE ONE WHO WONT COMMUNICATE!!!! Car needs: -New USB interface and Navi -WINDSHIELD- CHIPPED AND PITTED AND WHOLE CAR COVERED IN OVERSPRAY -Hood and Latch - UNSAFE TO DRIVE !-!- ENTIRE ENGINE - SOON WILL LINK TO PHOTO OF OIL DIPSTICK, ALMOST RUSTED THROUGH. I SAID, does the car need anything mechanically does it have Factory floor mats and two factory keys? I have sent them this awful awful photo OF A ROTTED RUSTED OIL DIPSTICK AND OF MY ENGI E ROTTING FROM THE INSIDE OUT and they refuse to respond. However they had no problem telling me the car needs nothing mechanically and that they would send me the floor mats no problem. The only thing that I got that isn't broken are the two Factory keys, well, not completely broken. They just dont unlock the doors 30 percent of the time. Hopefully they 3300 tech package service will fix but probably not, cant afford a new engine and these people refuse to say A SINGLE HELPFUL OR NEEDED RESPONSE. ABSOLUTELY EVIL. OH AND I PAID 25300 FOR THE CAR BUT THEY CHARGED ME 28000 AND REFUSE TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON WITH MY LICENSE PLATES, AS MY TEMP PLATE IS NOW EXPIRED AND I CANT DRIVE THE VEHICLE OR GO TO WORK... NOT THAT ITS DRIVEABLE. ROBBED FOR 28 THOUSAND DOLLARS. And all new brakes, front and back, with 3 new calipers. Gross.

THANKS MOTORCARS AND THANKS GEORGE BETWEEN THIS THE RUSTED OUT OIL DIPSTICK AND ABOUT 14 OTHER THINGS YOU SAID THE "CAR NEEDS NOTHING MECHANICALLY" AND THAT WAS ONE OF 3 CONDITIONS OF SALE IN WRITING WITH O.E.M. FLOOR MATS AND TWO FACTORY KEYS. This was absolutely intentional and covered up.

They did send me a new temporary plate from michigan... No FLOOR MATS OR RESPONSE. THEY CONFIRMED THET CHARGED ME 580 DOLLARS THEY LABELED SERVICE CONTRACT AND LABOR WHEN I HAVE NO SERVICE CONTRACT AND THERE WAS NOTHING AND I MEAN A CRIMINAL AMOUNT OF NO LABOR PUT INTO THIS CAR FROM xxxx BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO ME AND WONT EVEN SEND FLOOR MATS THAT THEY PROMISED IN WRITING. "SERVICE CONTRACT AND LABOR" = 580 DOLLARS JESUS

I upgraded from my 2016 Chrysler 300S to a 2017 Audi S3.

I upgraded from my 2016 Chrysler 300S to a 2017 Audi S3. I've had some bad experiences with other dealerships in the area, but Motorcars made this process so smooth and easy. I got a great price for my trade-in and the 2017 Audi I got into is amazing. Will and Simone were a significant part in getting my deal done quickly and pain free. I can not recommend Motorcars enough! Amazing selection of quality vehicles and the staff is the best of any dealership I've ever been to. If your hesitant about a vehicle purchase/trade-in don't be Motorcars will take care of you!
