Over all my experience was pretty good. The salesman was very nice. I was disappointed in a couple of things. One I was told the car was being washed and getting ready for me to pick up. When I finally went out to leave with the car it had not been washed. It may not be much but for a good carwash its like $20... the last thing i wanted to do was spend more money. Secondly the car only came with one key. When I inquired about another they gave me the phone number to someone that could do it for me. No offer to pay, go in half with me or lower the price of the car to compensate. Just a phone number. I would work with them again but I would be much more diligent in my questioning in the begining.

Jacob was so great to work with! Nice, honest, and...

Jacob was so great to work with! Nice, honest, and helpful. His communication is top notch too. After buying an Audi, it would have been a nice to pick up the car washed, vacuumed, and a full tank, but it was given to us not washed and we were given a slip for a free wash. The free wash is nice, but spending that much money, they really should always give customers their cars freshly washed and clean.

I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 from Motorcars...

I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 from Motorcars of Lansing. The next day I started having severe brake issues. I took this to a mechanic in Indianapolis who found severe corrosion to the brake rotors and pads. Heather (the Sales Manager at Motorcars told me that they would reimburse me for the work, because this should have been caught/corrected by their dealership prior to truck being sold to me. I didn't receive a check, so I followed up. Someone named Jake called me back and told me that they would not be sending me this check. He finally said they would send me a check for a lesser amount. I didn't agree with this amount because it was such a low amount, but finally told him to just send me the check because it was the best I would get from them. He also said I could drive the truck to their dealership and they would see if the truck needs the work and replace if needed. I live over 4 hours away and can not drive the truck to them on bad brakes for this purpose. I have been waiting on this since July 13th, 2020. I have not received any form of reimbursement.

Purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 HD from Jacob at Motorcars. Never actually met him face to face, but my interaction was absolutely phenomenal! I live west of Grand Rapids and the truck was delivered to me on the same day! The communication and attention to detail was second to none. Super happy all the way around!
