Sold a car that was never looked at, vehicle had warped rotors, zero brake pads left, a significant oil leak, and broken head bolts and cracked head around the housing bolt. On top of asking if the power-steering pump Was bad before we drove it off the lot, their mechanic said “oh yeah that’s normal” it went out 2 days later. I would never recommend buying from them, the owner John offer me a “deal” to pay for them to fix it rather than the bmw dealer whom I would trust WAY more than them. Then he hung up on me and said “you bought it as-is”. Terrible terrible customer service. I will warn everyone of their shady tactics. Oh, and we ordered a personalized plate, charged us more. And the plate came regular.

Hi, LongDaniel by the sounds of your review you didn't even inspect the car you were buying. How could you not tell of all the damage your saying was there before you left. With a warped rotor and no brake pads, you wouldn't have been able to leave the lot, to begin with. Could there have been some things that need to be fixed perhaps? Now we will never know the true extent of anything that would have been wrong. You admitted you left the lot with as you put it damaged and waited 2 days to return about it. You admitted that John in fact did try to fix it after you had already left with said car. If you go to any used car dealership the as-is sticker does mean in fact that " AS IS". Meaning in fact it does release the dealership of any reliability on repairs or damage after it leaves the lot and all contracts are signed. We do encourage every customer to inspect and test drive before purchase. If there is anything else we can do please reach out.

Very pretty professional and great service. I was very impressed how their service was. Owner was also very engaged in every sale. He test drove when I told them something was wrong with the car. He found the issue fixed it within 30minutes, test drove again to make sure issue was resolved. I was also given warranty on the newly replaced parts. I had the car for a month so far, it drives like new.
