They treated me very fairly and made the car buying experience a fun one! They even treated me to pizza late one night! Motor car's of Lansing cares about their customers and their staff and you can feel it right from the start.

Great dealership and salesman, Randy Blackwell. Our only complaint is the issues we have been having with getting the payoff for our trade-in taken care of. It has been nearly 3 weeks since we traded in and our old truck has still not been paid off. We were told the check was sent to the wrong location and it has been a waiting game ever since with no communication regarding updates, etc. We would probably go back again, but a little more cautious if we had another trade-in.

I was very impressed with Keith and Simone, they made the process seamless and were both a pleasure to deal with. I went out on a horrible day of snow and rain, Keith called to confirm a test drive and upon pulling up there was the specific vehicle I was looking for warming up in front of the dealership. Keith walked out to greet me and we got started. He was an excellent sales rep and took great care of me. The dealership was clean and comfortable, I was very happy and would absolutely recommend Motorcars of Lansing to anyone looking for a beautiful ride.

I would recommend this dealer Kieth was great and got me the car I wanted to drive and showed me another one also for the same price with better mileage! The only negative part of my review is that he also gave me two key fobs that were broken and stuck together with gum... I mean come on. I would have expected that if I was going to be given a key fob that it would work or I would have Ben told they didn’t work. Not a great experience with that as they didn’t even act like they cared that they gave me them broken. Crazy

I visited Motorcars of Lansing over the holiday season looking for a new to me vehicle to kick-off the new year. I tested a few different models and had one driven up from Kalamazoo location last minute for me to drive that I had found online. Randy and Michael were very accommodating. Open to negotiating and getting details of the Focus ST fixed and sorted. They were professional and cordial througout the entire process. I'd also like to give a shout-out to the detailing crew in the back. The Focus ST was shining brilliantly, waiting for my arrival to drive her home. All in all, two thumbs up for Randy and the whole Motorcars crew!
