The whole process was pretty painless and easy. Lovell was great to work with and went above and beyond to get us rolling in our new Jeep at a great price. We spoke to many sales staff while searching for the right car, and Lovell was by far the easiest to deal with...and not 'pushy' like we all know how many sales people to be. Would highly recommend.

Tommy was great to work with and worked hard to get me the right car at the right price / payment. The buying experience was handled very well. However, the vehicle was a smoker's car and was never disclosed. But most importantly, the Cadillac CUE screen is non-responsive 95% of the time and showed these symptoms within a week of picking up the car. It has really detracted from a positive vehicle experience. I plan on reaching out to Tommy to consider a trade.

Everyone at the dealership was so helpful. I had to drive 450 miles to pick up my car and accidents along the route delayed me. Even though i was late getting there they stayed to help me get everything finished so i could start that long trek home. The sales staff was wonderful to do business with. Very helpful with any questions. Finance Department was so fast and accurate. We knew what was needed in advance to delivery and was informed that all the paperwork was ready and we were all set for delivery. The truck had inspection, oil change and everything needed on time. Fantastic, fast and so happy with the truck.

Marti was very kind, and made sure we understood all there was to know about the car we bought I would definitely work with her again.
