I bought a car under some pressure. The odometer needed to convert from kilometers to miles. Was to be done when I went for the car. It wasn't but would take 30 minutes.I paid for the car. I waited in their showroom 8 hrs. and left without the car. The owner said hey we took $1000 off the car(part of original deal) why are you complaining. They lent me a car that had to be jumped and only had one windshield wiper. It was a week before I got the car. I was promised a full tank of gas and floor mats. Never got either one. Was in touch with salesman for 2 months and still promised a gift card. Never happened and I have given up. Late I saw them advertising 2 cars on Cargurus. Showing them available at both of their locations. Info. for the type of motor was incorrect and they had different VIN numbers for the same car. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer. It looks nice but is slimy. Read any reviews others will agree. I wish I had read them first.

Watch out. The owner is rude and will curse you out if you attempt to make any reasonable counteroffer. Over priced based on research and rude beyond belief. If they had the last car on earth I would buy a horse. Telling me when I want a refund on a deposit and am displeased with the deal that I'm a xxxxx and to go xxxx myself and then threaten me with police because I was well-enough spoken and researched deep enough to question the offer is not endearing. I sincerely hope your owner takes a lesson in real sales etiquette. In the meantime, I'll be sharing with everyone I can that this place can't even figure out how to make a pot of coffee, let alone be reasonable salespeople.

A counteroffer that was poorly received by them had me saying no and asking for a refund. Was then cursed out and threatened. Never again.
