Best dealership in the world!!!

Motor cars is great and always ready to go the extra yard! They searched long and Hard and found the truck no one else could find me anywhere. I love motor cars and wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else!!

Excellent service!!

Sales ppl patient and nice would reccommend to everyone! Owner john was awesome, along with the rest of the staff! Most helpful dealer ive ever been to, no pressure!

cars are cheaper because there junk

The vehicles are cheaper because they are junk . Make sure you take to a mechanic before purchasing anything from this dealership... They will promise you anything and not come through for you in the end

A long but amazing day

our associate Marti has been extremely nice and very helpful this entire day. we took the car out for a test drive and noticed a few things wrong, so we told her and she got someone to fix it up no problem, all they needed was a few more hours. as soon as they were all done i test drove it one more time and noticed something minor wrong, and they fixed that within 40 more mineuts. they even lowered the asking price by a few hundred just by us asking! the payment process was painless and easy as well. highly recommend!

Mr Badawi Made Good on His word.

I would deal with either or both of the Badawi brothers. However I would not buy from Mr King. The Badawi brother went beyond the call to fix Mr King's lies and I thank them for that. I like my car very much but I have nothing kind to say about Mr King ... the man who sold it to me.

Overall Positive dispite a few issues with the car.

I’ll start with the bad first. I had to wait an hour and a half after arriving to do a test drive I had scheduled. A week after purchasing the car the transmission blew up. (Not there fault just unlucky) After purchasing the car I had my mechanic inspect and he found <10% pads remaining on front brakes. A couple of broken items on the interior that were not disclosed before purchase. Basically, I think they had gotten the car a day before I arrived to test drive. Maybe they shouldn’t post online until all inspections have been complete. Now onto the good. I gave them 4 stars above because they corrected every one of the cons above at no cost to me (other then having to drive to Lansing). I don’t think they were legally obligated to do this because the car was sold as is. I respect them for this and think that I would buy another car from them (as long as it had been fully inspected :)) Everyone we met was friendly and made our car buying experience as unstresfful as possible.

From Buick to Cadillac owner

Totaled my Buick, needed to purchase quickly, Cadillac had quirks but management team and Jacob did their very best to make the deal right. Couldn’t be happier.

Check EVERYTHING before taking possession. The owner and sales team are great at making everything seem kosher, even when it's not. 6 months into my purchase I've had to deal with missing and/or defunct sensors, shotty paint in inconspicuous places on the body, and headlights retaining moisture... with the paint and headlight issues only coming to light as of recently. Important to note that this is on a 2017 model with 25k-ish miles. When confronting the John, he goes from professional to unprofessional in a second (I have the emails to prove it), but getting a reply out of anyone there is like pulling teeth... unless you're posting a negative review online. After posting my initial review on yelp, the business reached out to me to ask me to bring in the vehicle. I thought about it and wrote to them then next day that given the issues I've had to deal with in this very short history, I would not be doing that as my faith in their ability to fix anything without doing it half-assed is gone. I did however provide the opportunity for them to pay another, respectable dealership the $2200 for the repairs on my behalf, as well as the option to buy the vehicle back, but they've unsurprisingly decided that a satisfied customer isn't worth it. *Update - now my car's alarm intermittently goes off when I lock my doors. (I was offered an install of an automatic start and heated seats at the time of purchase for next to nothing so I took it. Obviously another mistake.) xxxxty part about that is there's no keyhole in the door to unlock the car manually and the remote doesn't work when the alarm is sounding, so that's a lot of fun to deal with. Looks like I'll have to pay someone to remove that xxx too. I'd like to clarify that I've had no agenda to do harm to this business or impact it in any negative way. I feel I've given ample opportunity for this business to rectify the situation. This purchase was supposed to be a birthday gift to myself as my previous car was almost 10 years old. So thanks for literally nothing, Motorcars of Lansing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Fantastic!!

Jake from motorcade was amazing! I totaled my car on a Monday night, or hold of them on Tuesday they had a vehicle brought to them at their Lansing location from their Kalamazoo location Friday and stayed open late for me to be able to drive an hour to come look at it and test drive. They made sure we had the car fax and that they had a chance to look it over before we drove out as well. I highly recommend motor cars as well as Jake!!

Disrespectful

John Badawi should not be the President/Manager of this franchise. He’s a extremely rude individual who doesn’t not truly care about his customers. John promised to repair a vehicle but did not follow through with his promise. When question about a time limit on when repairs would be completed he refused to even look into it. Instead I was informed that it was beneath him and he passed me off to another individual. Isaac is the individual who should run the place.
