We shopped for weeks to find a good deal on a Ford Flex, but we couldn't find a better deal than the one we bought at MotorCars! We got our 2011 Ford Flex about a month ago and we LOVE it! We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was incredibly kind and helpful! There were a slight squeak and low hum you could hear when we first test drove the car, so they replaced multiple parts (some needed, some not needed) in order to make sure the squeak and hum were gone and we felt great about driving it off the lot. The owner also placed a 12-month warranty on all of the parts they replaced! We greatly appreciated this care and thoroughness because this is the vehicle that my wife and one year old daughter will mainly be in!

The car buying experience was great at Motorcars. But after owning the car I bought for less than 60 days, my cars now needs a complete set of rear brakes. I know you buy used cars "as-is" but this, in my opinion, is a bit disingenuous. During the car buying process it was even admitted to me that the car had been used by dealership personnel for personal use before they sold it to me. And of course my call (message) to the dealership (Rick) about this issue went unanswered. Just a fair heads up to potential customers to look over any purchases from Motorcars thoroughly before buying. Apparently that includes taking off the wheels and checking all of the brakes too. Very disappointing.

First, I want to start off with I'm an Army retiree living in Sumter, SC; over 13 hrs away. I purchased an 09 BMW 550i and Jacob had it delivered to my doorstep; never stepped foot into the dealership. I've been looking for almost a year for this particular make and model. Jacob was nothing but the utmost professional car dealer I've ever dealt with in over my 20 years of purchasing from car dealerships. Everything went smooth and I thought it was to good to be true. On 2/19 I purchaed a used Audi A5 S-line from the Motorcars of Lansing Delaership. I found the car on True Car on 2/9 and I provided my information on the website because I was potentially interested. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Keith to schedule a test drive. He was willing to fully adjust to my schedule and even suggested that we could meet on Sunday if that works better for me (I had an 1.5h drive). I test drove the car on 2/12. What I liked a lot is that after the initial test drive with Keith, he was ok with me taking a car on a spin by myself. After the initial ride we negotiated the price. In my opinion the negotiations were fair, we looked at other similar cars on the market, KBB value and other factors. Delarship was willing to drop the price to a reasonable range. We didn't close the deal that day but we got fairly close. We have been in touch with Keith for the next week. We ended up agreeing on the price over the phone. After that I test drove a car once more, and again Keith let me take the car by myself (I had a deposit on it). I truly appreciated this level of trust to the potential customer!!! Additionally Keith was totally ok with me having the car inspected in an Audi dealership. They even drove the car there for me as I live so far away. I must point out that the inspection, proved the car was in an almost impeccable condition! The "biggest" issue was a broken sun visor clip that Keith agreed to send me for no additional cost. Overall Keith was very helpful and willing to help even after the deal was closed. It was a very positive first experience with a dealership. Previously I only bought cars from private owners as I thought dealerships will try to scam potential buyers. I was proved wrong! I highly recommend Motorcars of Lansing because the car is in an amazing condition, Keith was very helpful throughout and after the purchasing process and the price was competitive!

Went and test drove a car. They put together all paper came back and traded mine in and drove away new car. Transaction was seamless.
