Went in for a test drive by the time I got back they had the financing approved. Expected to come back during the week to finalize, but everything was set in less than an hour and I was driving off the lot in my new car.

Michael helped me a lot with everything including plates as well as insurance. ( I didn’t know what to do for any of these) Really efficient and will recommend here! Even gave me a ride home:)

My first stop, Motorcars of Kalamazoo was all it took to find the SUV for me. I had planned a 2 hour trip to Grand Rapids and I'm so thankful I didn't have to. I felt relaxed and respected as a woman buying a vehicle alone. Keith was honest, helpful but not pushy or talk too much. Or tell me what I wanted. I'm very happy with my choice. The best part was the price.

Rick was on top of things and very easy to work with. Fast and efficient and very accommodating. The owner, not sure of his name, was also very friendly.

Jacob (Jake) was my salesman and he was great from start to finish! I was so impressed. I found the exact car I wanted online from Motorcars, so i called to check if it was still available and they said it was. They told me I was able to put down a 100% refundable deposit to hold it. I did that, for $200. Jacob texted me and asked me if I had any questions, and asked when I'd come by so that he would be available when I came. I went to see it and loved it and ended up buying. Jacob went with me on the test drive and showed me exactly how to work everything in the car. He was so knowledgeable about my car and so willing to help. Not to mention, the facility was very nice and super clean. I was in and out of there in about an hour. I had a really great experience at Motorcars of Lansing and would definitely recommend. And Jacob was great!

I saw a car on their website that was what I had wanted. Drove down their and found out it was sold. Instead of saying well..... we have these other cars here, the lady ( sorry I don't know her name) immediately thought of another car just like I wanted in their Lansing location and made a phone call about it. Keith then pulled it up on the internet to show us. He asked if we wanted to see it. Instead of expecting us to drive to Lansing, they had someone drive it here!That was awesome. They were in the process of putting new tires on it when Keith told them we wanted to see it so between that and the drive from Lansing to Kalamazoo it took a little bit but it was worth the wait. After we test drove it we told them about two issues with the car. One, the drivers heated seat didn't work, and two, there was a good sized gouge in the hood. We asked if we could get those two things fixed. Keith said yes they'll fix it. There wasn't any going back and forth over it at all. I was completely impressed with that. I signed papers and brought it home. He said we'll be in contact to schedule a time to fix those things. They have to drive it to Lansing to do that at their other dealership. When the work is done I'll place another review about the quality of their work as it was mentioned the whole hood would be painted. This was an awesome painless experience for me so far.
