I bought a vehicle, drove off the lot, took a round trip to Wisconsin 1200 miles, and not one problem. No codes came up, and everything on the vehicle worked just fine. They took care of the financing. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive away.

High end reputable dealer

Here’s a shout out to Motorcarsonline in Lansing MI. Especially to a mgr. Kathleen and John the owner. After our vehicle purchase we questioned some addl. ‘fees’ we had paid. I spoke with Kathleen, who supported us, and she spoke with the owner John who graciously sent out a check soon after. Their response and willingness to address my concern was truly commendable! On July 11th, I took a day off of work to go look at a

On July 11th, I took a day off of work to go look at a 2018 F150. It was listed for $33,900. After a test drive, I had a list of things that needed to be fixed. George assured me it would be no problem to get those fixed. I put a $200 deposit down and he was going to have the truck ready Saturday. On Thursday, he emailed me an agreement with the purchase price of $33,900 so I could finalize my loan. George called me shortly after and told me the dealer owner wanted $1,000 more for the truck because repairs were costing more than they expected. I called the general manager, John hoping he could rectify the situation. He was on board with the price hike even though I received the purchase agreement for lower. He said they would be “under water” and likely needed more than $1000 to cover the repairs. This is dishonest and shady. The truck should have been inspected before they decided on a list price and put it on their lot. They should have negotiated with me before agreeing on a price and repairs. I’m not responsible for their poor business decisions. I feel they have wasted my time and I would not recommend anyone shop there.

Good morning, This customer left a deposit and gave us a list of items he wanted fixed on the vehicle. After further inspection, there was no way to fix everything he wanted and stay within any boundaries of being profitable. We are always 100% truthful with our customers and immediately called the customer and explained what we could do for the price. It is unfortunate that this transaction was unable to be completed, but we stand by our vehicles and our dedication to our customers. Thank you Mid-Michigan for 25,000 units sold thus far and we hope one day everyone will be driving a Motorcar! Thank you, Motorcars
