Very concerned with my satisfaction - never any pressure.

I will continue to buy cars from Honda of Concord. Great Staff / always a smile and a genuine desire to help. I never feel rushed. The staff makes me feel special.

Great experience, from difficult people.

Going into two brand new Hondas at the same time is quite an experience, especially going from one car payment to two. We had a rough experience at another dealership the night before, so we went into this visit with our boxing gloves. TimBo was quick to become down to earth and straight forward with us. He was great to our kids, knowing they weren't enjoying the experience. We had a lot of demands and he listened. Left out of there a little over budget, but because we went with all the protective extras Hendrick offers, and we believe in the Hendrick name. Honda's are also a great investment, and we wanted to protect that investment. Giving 4 stars as the only complaint was a lot of waiting. The dealership is huge, and they weren't well staffed enough for handling the paperwork and number work. Brian in Finance was incredible. He was on point and very patient as we decided on the extras. Will definitely be back when it's time to trade.

Honda of Concord is Incredible!

Extremely please with my experience purchasing a new Honda Pilot at Honda of Concord. This was the third Honda I purchased from this Honda dealership and the fifth I have purchased from a Rick Hendrick dealership. New car buying can be a stressful experience, but the folks at Honda of Concord are great at minimizing that stress!. Ask for Rosalee Hix when you get there. She is very knowledgeable of the cars they sell and very nice to work with. The exact Pilot that we wanted actually sold just prior to our arrival. However, we were told that another Hendrick Honda dealership had exactly what we wanted and they had it delivered to Concord for us! I will be back!!

Marcos Santana is Awesome

We recently visited Honda of Concord and met with Marcos Santana. We were interested in flipping from a finance of our 2015 Honda Odyssey to a lease. Marcos worked with us and got us in a 2016 Odyssey EXL for a lower monthly payment. Between Marcos, David Fogg and Ted J in finance, we had an amazing experience. It was a perfect car buying experience. Highly recommend Marcos Santana as a Salesman if you are interested in a wonderful, pressure free, car buying experience.

Great Salesmen, Great Deals

I had an awesome experience at Honda of Concord. They were fast, friendly, and got me a great new car car. My salesman was Larry Fowler and he was very nice, professional, helpful, and got me the color car and price I was looking for. The building was also nice and clean. Larry was very nice about answering any questions I had.

Excellent Customer Service by Joy Spencer

We recently purchased a new Honda Civic Sedan. We were able to speak with Joy prior to us coming down. She was highly personable and friendly. I also was impressed when we posed a question she did not readily know the answer to, she exhibited honesty and a willingness to find out. I have had other sales people in the past flat out lie rather than say they didn't know. It inspired confidence in dealing with her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were as comfortable as possible at the dealership as well as with the process. She also showed concern for my two children that came with us to see the new car. It was very evident she wanted us to be happy with the deal and did all she could to get the deal we wanted. I would highly recommend Joy.

Superior Customer Service!

Rosalee is an asset to Honda of Concord. It was the best experience getting a new car that exceeded my expectations. The approach of giving space to look, but yet being right there when needed with the knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism was awesome! Diego was also great when came time to seal the deal in financing. I highly recommend Honda of Concord!!!
