I was referred to Jim Holshouser by a friend so I sent him an email. He was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful. He was thorough and followed up with emails and phone calls to make certain that I had the information I needed. We ended up going a different direction with the car, but we will be in the market again next year and I will definitely be reaching out to Jim.

If only I could give zero star I would. Terrible...

If only I could give zero star I would. Terrible experience. Sometimes I ask myself” how stupid do some people think I am? Giving people room for improvements doesn’t qualify you as being stupid, it simply means you are behaving intelligently and maturely! I bought my car from these people, and 90% of the time I have taken it for service to them. Lately, this is like the 3rd time they have lied to me. Some Acura workers have Zero integrity!!!! I just spent a lot of money to repair my car and they lied to me that they did everything, meanwhile they didn’t. I hate lies with all my heart and soul! If I’m giving my money to you, you ought to TREAT ME RIGHT AND DO THE RIGHT THING. I will never recommend anybody to either buy a car or take your car for service to this particular Acura dealership.

We came in to look at Acura because we needed a new car...

We came in to look at Acura because we needed a new car and we were shopping around. We came to Hendrick Acura because our daughter has a Honda Civic and we all really like that car. It runs well and is very reliable. We wanted to see what the upgraded version of Honda was like. Our salesman was Dumitru Moisei. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We test drove the 2017 Acura MDX .We liked the feel of the car and all the technology that is in it. We decided to buy it. When the car came in Dumitru spent several hours with us to make sure we knew how to operate all the features of the car and answer all of our questions. In the last week since we picked the car up, Dumitru has called us several times to see if we have any questions or are having any difficulties figuring out all the technical aspects of the car. So far - so good. We are really enjoying the car.

Purchased a used 2018 Acura

Jim Holshouser was great to work with as he was very patient with us as we are not very"techy" . He showed us how to figure out all the ins and outs with the technology. I m would definitely recommend him to my friends .

I must say Hendrick Acura is a supurb dealership. I speak from extreme experience with 28 years in the auto parts business. For years I only went to independent service garages, however when we moved to Charlotte I tried Hendrick on Independence. I am an Acura maniac, and I can State that Brian in service, and the sales dept. have not disappointed in any way. Go HENDRICK!! Alfred Myers
