It was all good in the end...
My experience was a roller-coaster ride. It started out well when initially contacting my sales person...Willie Hailey...on delivery the vehicle was not as expected and it took a plummeting disappointing drop for the worst....the short of it all is that Willie stuck with us through the end, cleaned up the mess by being honest and the result was that we are very pleased with the new vehicle. Willie is a good guy-overall I think the dealership is good. I truly appreciate the integrity of the majority of the staff and their willingness to right wrongs and take care of their customers.

Purchase of Jeep Wrangler Sport
Kim Erickson was our sales representative. She was wonderful. She knows the product line and when she needs support from other folks at the dealership she 'takes the bull by the horns' and find the right people to help. Keffer Jeep Experience!
My salesman, Mike Lewis, made this the most enjoyable car buying experience I've had. We arrived at Keffer Jeep right at 8:00pm (closing time), but Mike treated us as if it was we were the first customers of the day. He throughly explained all questions my wife and I had about our potential new car, and if he didn't know he would find the answer fast. We never felt we were being railroaded or pushed toward any decision. It's worth repeating again; from start to driving our new vehicle off the lot, hands down, best car buying experience we've ever had. Thanks again Mike!!!!!

Great experience!
I drove from Raleigh to Charlotte because Keffer Jeep Dodge Ram had a Hyundai Sonata for sale that was low miles and a good price. Christian and Sydney were excellent and worked well together to make my buying experience pleasurable. I would recommend Keffer to anyone, and would drive the 3 hours again the next time I need a vehicle to get a deal and excellent treatment.

2015 Jeep Patriot
I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Keffer Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM. The overall experience was a 10/10! I looked at the Patriots and knew what I wanted before I walked into the showroom. I was greeted by Sandy who assisted me to Kim Erickson. Kim made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. She was not pushy at all and the whole experience was the fastest I had every encountered in purchasing a car. Great process - No hassle
Kim Erickson made the process easy and painless. I knew what I wanted and tried to spend as little time as possible making a deal while getting the best transaction I could.
