Excellent Service!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I are very happy with our vehicle and the service we got! The process was quick and very smooth!

Came in for a 2010 and bought a 2013

Came in to buy a 2010 Chrysler t&c. Low miles and clean car. Ended up getting a better deal for my trade in and getting a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Happy with the service

Incredible Experience

The team at Mitsubishi Gladstone are amazing. First class service, no pressure, and a pleasure to work with. When their slogan is untypical, they mean it. By far the best experience I have had at a dealership, new or used.

Great customer service.

Had the greatest customer service. The employee was professionally dressed and had a professional attitude. The employee went beyond my expectations on what I was expecting to recieve. He did everything possible to get the best price on the vehicle. I will definitely be back in the future.

Waiting area is something to be desired!!

We came in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and warranty work at 8am and the service person on duty was very helpful and nice. After we left the service area, we looked for the waiting area, and found a couch and a TV in the corner of the showroom, with a popcorn maker turned off. We than found the coffee in a different area, with yesterdays coffee still in the container and no cups. A service person came over and said he would get fresh coffee and cups which was nice. While we waited in this so called "waiting area" they were having a sales meeting out on the showroom floor, we heard a lot of it, which this should be held in a private area, not with customers next to you! No Wifi anywhere. No food or snacks anywhere, except the salesman offered us there breakfast which was sitting in the middle of the sales floor. We declined the offer. This dealership is in a converted warehouse of some type. Must be on tight budget or something. They have been in this location they said for 3 years. But looks like it was recently, since it looks it was just thrown together. The service person came out and suggested a cafe 1/2 mile down the road. We asked if there was a shuttle, and he said not on weekends. So we ended up walking down there to eat, instead of listening to the sales meeting next to us. There are no stores within walking distance to blow some time. So you are stuck in the corner of the showroom on the couch. We have been to Beaverton Toyota and Honda for service for other cars, and can say they have wonderful areas to wait for your car to get serviced. There service areas make your visit very relaxing. This dealership does not wash your car after its serviced. Gives it back to you dirty, but serviced. Will not be back for anything, Will drive up to Vancouver, WA next time for any warranty work. Will get the oil changes done locally.

Great sales rep

I?m giving Gladstone Mitsubshi 5 stars because of my excellent experience with sales rep Dave Gehl who is truly one of a kind. Very pleasant to work with and not at all pushy, he listened to what I was looking for and tried to get me the information that would help me make a good decision. He was knowledgeable and objective in discussing strengths and weaknesses of different vehicles and seemed genuinely motivated to provide a service rather than only make a sale. Just one example: when I noticed some grease spots on a seatbelt I asked if these were smudges the detail-er had overlooked or stains that couldn?t be removed. Instead of offering me glib assurances, Dave said he didn?t know but would try to find out. He then disappeared into the service department, returned with rags and cleaner and found out by scrubbing the questionable areas until they were clean. If you go to Gladstone try to get Dave.

I got good service

I had a pleasant buying experience. I would recommend you ask for Jon Mccoy. He went out of his way to help me, even after the sale. He always responded to my email and phone calls. Scott sales manager is also great. He really helped me to get a good value for my trade and gave me a great deal on my purchase. Both Jon and Scott made me feel valued as a customer. And made it clear they were going to do everything they can to sell me a car that day and give me a good deal. I never felt pressured. I only felt like they were trying to do everything they could to make me happy.

Incorrect advertising

After making an appointment to come see and possibly buy ( cash in hand) this Audi, I drove an hour and a half, get there and it did not have the third row seats it advertised and the q7 is supposed to have! Very disappointed!! The manager didn't even apologize or suggest another car or anything. Will never do or send business w them

Lousy customer service

Bought a car the experience was okay trying to get my free oil changes for the last 3 months and still can't get anybody to call me back. Left messages with the guy about the car from and his father and his mother in law that works at the same place and nobody calls me back I will never buy another car or recommend anybody buy a car there
