Gladstone Mitsubishi

Thanks to David Gehl we bought a brand new car! He had the car parked up in front for us to see since we originally stopped by to buy a used car. I wasn't looking forward to spending time buying a car because it can sometimes be a pain, it's time consuming, then you have to figure out the numbers. Well David was so cool about the whole process, he got things done efficiently for us and didn't question or doubt our ability to buy the car as we have experienced this before. We are very happy first-time Mitsubishi owners!

I had a wonderful second experience. I had an accident with my last car. I came back and they gave me wonderful return service and help. They made sure I got everything I needed taken care of. Thank you so much.

Excellent dealership, easy to work with. No pressure like some are. Our salesman was awesome. Would definitely recommend them to purchase a vehicle. The Finance department was great to work with also. He explained everything very well. Very satisfied.

I was credit challenged it took a day but they were able to get me a great credit rate and low down payment and the payments are great..I was waiting for the other foot to drop but it never did..Debra ,Dave and Jon were not only great to deal with and the whole process was fast and I was out of there in less then an hour..Thank you again Dennis D

Made an appointment with service for a recall airbag repair for 9 am and confirmed the repair would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 9 am and was told it would be closer to 3 hours. After call the dealership, it will be about 5 hours & counting. They didn't call us, we had to call them. The service desk techs idea of customer service is definitely lacking. I would avoid these guys for service at all costs. I love my Mitsubishi, but I'll never go near these guys again.

Customer service levels are non-existent. We were told service would take about 2 hours, upon arrival we were told 3 - it's now almost 5 hours and they are "hoping" to have it done soon. No phone calls, we had to call them. Avoid these guys like the plague.

I am very satisfied with Gladstone Mitsubishi dealership and service. They provided a detailed information about inventory and lead you attentively through the buying process. The prices of the cars are very competitive. The car service is a high quality service with a very good competitive price also.

Great service, not pushy, helpful. Came looking for a used crossover but was able to get into a smaller new car within my budget. Thanks for getting me into a new car and keeping my payments low

The salesman was great he did his best to help find the right vehicle in the right price range for the best fit for us. The finance department was not as pleasant or helpful.
