Its a dealership but the service department is good.
Its a dealership but the service department is good. They offer lifetime front brakes. The dealership has a shuttle that will take you home if you live within 15 miles.

My wife called to schedule an appointment for our 2007
My wife called to schedule an appointment for our 2007 Toyota Tundra and told them the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. She was told because of the age and mileage of the vehicle they couldn't work on it, but since we had been there before they would work on it. They wanted to do a diagnostic for over a hundred dollars and she informed them it was not needed. My wife stated that they had written down that the truck was "running ruff." We had changed the serpentine belt before and it took us 15 minutes not counting the time we spent going back and forth to the store for the right tools. An older woman at the dealership was assisting and had no clue as to the pricing and what the issue was. I asked to speak with her on the phone and was told that it would be 3-4 hours for service and to replace the belt would cost over $700 to replace. She stated that a certified Toyota technician had to change it. I informed her that it should take them 5 minutes to change and she was unable to explain why it would cost over seven hundred dollars to put on. The older woman became upset and refused to speak with me any further. I have had my Tundra for over 17 years and a loyal customer bragging about my Tundra. After this experience I will have to go with another brand. So disappointed in Scott Clark and customer service. Toyota great reliability, horrible customer service and over priced repairs. Do better Mr. Clark, I'm sure you see all the negative reviews and you still refuse to do anything about it. Will never visit Scott Clark Toyota or Scott Clark anything again. Thank God we have the ability to take our business elsewhere.

Very competitive pricing for the vehicle I was
Very competitive pricing for the vehicle I was purchasing, but the purchase was dysfunctional. After closing the deal we still had to wait a couple hours before finishing with the finance department because there seemed to be consistent miscommunication between the sales and finance team, which could have stemmed from being under staffed. Additionally did not seem completely customer focused. Overall the process seemed disorganized.

We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis
We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.
