Good experience

From beginning to end, Paul Moore provided excellent service. He offered a clear and concise description of the car I was interested in purchasing. He was thoughtful and kind throughout the experience, staying past the end of his shift to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Shawn Butler performance

Shawn Butler has been my service rep for about a year. Overall he is excellent . He takes care of both our Toyota vehicles. He is honest, considerate, communicates well, does only what you specify but informs you if there additional needs. He is a great representative for Scott Clark.

Clear, simple, fair

Billy is the best

Worth the trip

Keeping my toyota on the road.

My Camry was showing a low tire pressure light so I pulled in on a Saturday morning to have it checked out. Pete Acree greeted me and I explained the I was just needing to have the pressure of my tires looked at since my light had come on the day before. He later came to explain that I recently inadvertently removed a nail from the streets of Charlotte that implanted itself into my tire. Since it was out of the area that could be patched he quickly explained my options and strategies depending upon how much I wanted to spend and the pros and cons of each option. After considering my options I choose to go with the replacement of all four of my tires and taking advantage of the special that they were offering. I was out in time to get to work. Pete Acree even made sure my new tires were aligned and my car was washed. Thanks.
