Rear leaf spring recall replacement

Scott Clark's Toyota offers exceptional service. I went in to have my rear leaf springs replaced due to a recall for my Tacoma truck. The staff were informative, answering all my questions. Even without a car at the moment, I able to get a ride back to my home through their shuttle service. I received a call about an hour and half later telling me that my rear leaf springs had been changed ( even though they told me the time would be considerably longer). With that being said, I can honestly say that they work extremely fast and will get the job done right. My truck does not squeak anymore. I even got my car washed for free. I can't complain, thanks Scott Clark's Toyota!!!

Paul Moore

Was looking for a second vehicle and Paul was the man to call. I have purchased 3 other vehicles from him at another dealership and knew I had to give him a call before I made my decision. As always, he was professional, attentive to my needs, went out of his way to get the SUV I was looking for, and closed the deal with no pressure. Process went very smoothly from sales to signing, to on the road. Did a great job detailing the used SUV and made it look like new. Will be back for my service needs in the future. Thanks again, Paul, and everyone at Scott Clark for making this a good experience.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience in both the sales & service dptmts. People bent over backwards to be helpful. Purchased auto at very good price, then had great service to get add ons installed & assistance understanding how to use bells & whistles. Better service than I could have hoped for.

New Car

Since I moved from Pennsylvania about 2 yrs ago, this has been my dealership. I have leased about 4 Rav 4s, and was in the market to purchase a car. Salesmen Johnnie Fucher and Ophagoe Funderburk were extremely kind, and went over and above to ensure I had a good experience.

Excellent Service Department Starting with Justin Bustle

Justin Bustle has been taking excellent care of me and my two 1990's Toyotas that together now have over 300,000 miles for many years. He knows what I need and doesn't try to oversell people. He is always able to get the job done when it is convenient for me. The decision to elevate Justin to Service Manager earlier this year is great for the customers and the entire Scott Clark Dealership. Wayne was also very helpful at the parts counter once I was ready to leave with some self service parts.

Easy Process to Buy

The internet sales manager was very consistent in his customer service and staying in touch with me to find the right vehicle. Although he couldn't be there on the day we were to purchase a vehicle, he arranged others and kept in communication with us even during a rehearsal dinner. The sales process was pretty smooth. Not much haggling over price. Finance process was smooth and the car looked amazing after the detailing. Follow up is impressive. They do care about the experience you had and the people were all very friendly.

caring, helpful

The service assistance manager Marshall is always willing to help me whenever I need him to. I brought my car in last week because I was getting ready to take a long trip and wanted to make sure that all was ok with the car. Marshall took me right away and found the car in very good working order and sent me on my way. Thanks Marshall!

Very quick service when my car was towed in.

Very quick service when my car was towed in. It was ready sooner than expected. I plan to change from Town and Country Toyota to Scott Clark.
