Scott Clark Toyota

My Ford Expedition a/c has not worked for 6 years. I spend alot of money and no success. I explained this to Wesley Rasmussen and he told me he was confident it could be fixed because there are Ford experienced technicians on site. I brought my car in yesterday expecting either no luck or a high price. To my surprise, Wesley told me what the issue was and it was only a few hundred dollars. I was elated, said yes, of course, and less than an hour later, gave Wesley a big hug, and drove off with the a/c running cold.

I can't say enough good about the friendly and helpful service I've received at Scott Clark's Toyota in Matthews, NC. Crystal, Yvette, Jimmy Kline and the Entire Service and Sales Department. By the way, Jimmy Kline has his hand on the pulse of what makes that place work smooth. Really, all of those I've mentioned do. They project a confidence about what your dealership can do and they get it done like the professionals they are. Absolute Great People.

Marshal Moore goes out of his way to be helpful. He listens to what I say and doesn't stop until I'm completely satisfied. I feel very confident trusting him to take of me and my Rav 4.

I have been taking my Tundra to Scott Clark's Toyota since I purchased it second hand after the original owner recommended them. I have used multiple Service Managers since I have been going there with excellent service from all. This time Anthony Marciano helped me get my truck in for service. He was very courteous and professional. My truck was completed earlier than anticipated and I was promptly informed of its completion. I have no reservations recommending Scott Clark's Toyota to my friends and family.

The Scott Clark Service Center has always been excellent; however, having Archie Newton return as a service manager makes it even better now. We are glad to have him back as our personal service representative.

I would like to thank Archie Newton for good customer service and making sure everything was taken care of on my car when I came in for my 35000 mile checkup.

I think Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews is the best. They have great employees and make everything easy and understandable. I live in Aiken, South Carolina but don't mind going to Matthews because l consider them the best of all other Toyota's.

Michael Miller was very helpful over the phone discussing our trade and during our visit to finalize the deal at Scott Clark Toyota! He and the staff were very courteous and generously accommodated our needs with our new vehicle including a wash detail, re-attaching window rain guards that fell off, and filling up gas tank for our 5 hr trip home. Thanks to Michael Burke for explaining all of our warranty options and assisting us finalize deal with the paperwork. Thank you Scott Clark staff!

Crystal Kush was very polite with a smile as she greeted an asked if I had been waited on. That is very much appreciated because you don't always get that from the people in the work place. thank you Crystal.

I have traded with Scott Clarks Toyota since 1981 and have always got great service. Justin Bustle is currently taking care of my 2002 Avalon and keeps it running great. My last visit was to repair a flat tire and two of the wheel studs had to be replaced. It was all taken care in a timely manner. I plan to keep my car for another ten years and all my past service was with Scott Clarks Toyota and all my future upkeep will be also.
