I recommend Eddie as a Sales Rep wholeheartedly. I do not necessarily recommend 5 Star Ford as a whole. As a Dealership, I have not had a good experience with them over the course of several years of business experience dealing with multiple used vehicle sales along with trade-ins.

i have been looking for a particular truck for a few months off and on. Yesterday I had an appointment with another dealer but I kept searching on-line. The truck I was looking for was on the Five Star website. I emailed an inquiry and got a fast response. Later in the morning I went to look at it with Jason Howell. He showed me the truck, let me take a test drive (by myself). A couple of hours later I drove away in my new truck at a price I was fine with. And he threw in trailer brakes. The finance guy, "tut" Edwards was equally as easy to deal with.

I came to Five Star Ford after an awful experience at another dealership. I was upfront about my needs and wants. From the minute I called, to the minute I drove my car off the lot, they were exceptional. Jesus in sales is so nice and very easy to deal with. They got me approved immediately and had a deal done in no time! No haggling or hassling to try and get me to a number. Tut in finance was friendly and quick. No pressure, just nice people! I can't say enough about this dealership. Thank you all so much! You have my loyalty from now on.

I purchased a used truck from them. At first I was pleased because out of all of the dealerships I went to, they were the only one that was honest with their pricing and honored the advertised price for the vehicles. But their service department is a joke and their multipoint inspection sucks. As soon as I got the truck home I found it had an oil leak. The gasket needed to be replaced. I called them,they told me to bring it back. They tightened the bolts and called it good. I GOT it back home and it still leaked. A couple months later we had our first freeze of the year amd as soon as it thawed the truck dumped anti freeze all over my drive way. I had to pay another $1500 to repair it. My recommendation would be to stay away from this dealership.

Process was fast and simple. Was in and out in just under an hour. Got a great car at a great price without any pressure. If anyone is interested in buying a car I recommend Richard Getz for a easy straight forward buying experience.

Very responsive to phone inquiry and then when visiting very friendly. Not a lot of back and forth, just down to business and made deal.

I really got lucky by running into Rich Getz when I first walked in to inquire about purchasing a new car. He was very friendly from the beginning and receptive to my package requests. Five Star Ford did not initially have the car I wanted (all the bells and whistles), but they were very adamant about continuing the search for the exact car at surrounding dealerships in the area. During the search, Rich was very responsive and kept me in the loop. They ended up finding one in Oklahoma, and was very quick on getting it down here. It was the perfect car that even included some of my "nice-to-have" details I didn't think I was going to get! Rich is a great salesman who doesn't look down to you because of your age, gender, or education of cars. I will definitely be going back to Five Star Ford and requesting Rich!
