I am very grateful for Doreen she has been a huge blessing to me and my family if it wasn’t for Dwayne I wouldn’t be able to be in their vehicle that I’m in today neither would my wife we have gotten two vehicles with five star Ford and we love going to this dealership everybody is very personable kind courteous and professional and they got me in the two vehicles when not even a tote the note could get me into one vehicle which was really crazy to me but thank you five star Ford for having Doreen Brainbridge as a concierge to my family and our vehicle purchases

Had a great experience buying a new Explorer at Five Star Ford. Our sales person William May ent out of his way to make the experience fast and easy. He even stayed late when we decided to buy to make sure we knew how all the bells and whistles worked on the vehicle as well as to install our temporary tags. He was very helpful in ensuring I got the best monthly payment as well as down payment for my car. He ensured that I had an amazing warranty included. I was initially set to purchase the car at another lot since the salesman who sold it to me worked. As it turned out, I ended up having to purchase at your location, and I was not happy about that initially. But, the young man who assisted me at your store was also very nice and helpful.
