Five Star Ford

Five Star Ford in N Richland Hills is the place to go to purchase or lease a new auto. This is my fourth auto from them. Mr. Juan Hernandez is my team member. He was able to find the right auto for me!! He treats me like his Grandmother. This is the fourth time Mr. Hernandez have worked together.

Went there with a VIP certificate from the Car Guys. Rick Dike took care of me and the experience was the best of my life. From now on I will do it this way. Could not be happier.

Service advise was great and kept me informed on what was going on. The tech found an addition issue with a coolant leak; The service advise got it covered under warranty with no additional delay or expense. Stand up guys and took all the dealer fear away after this visit.

I have been having my Ford Mustang serviced at 5 star Ford and Michael has been my advisor for several years. He is honest and trustworthy. If he recommends an additional service I know he's just not trying to run up my bill. Michael is thorough and has excellent attention to detail. Yesterday I took our 2010 Ford Mustang in for service, which by the way only has 32,000 miles on it. My wife has been asking for a new car and I told her it could only be a Ford because I couldn't imagine having my car serviced at any other dealership or not having Michael as our advisor. Michaels dedication to customer service is way beyond the norm of what you expect in todays world. He recommended Mike Dike as the salesman I should use. He walked me over to the showroom and introduced me to Mike Dike. I will submit a separate review on him. My entire experience and interactions with all the employees at Five Star ford is always positive from top to bottom is always excellent. Michael Fitch is one not the most important reasons I could never imagine doing business at any other dealership.

Crystal Sanders and the team at Five Star Ford NRH made my experience great. I started out at 2 other dealerships MacChurchhill Acura who didn't want to let me leave without a car even if it wasn't a car I liked and Huggins Honda who was nice but didn't see what I was looking for. I then went to see Crystal because of her involvement in our local community, and the experience was better than I hoped for. They showed me multiple vehicles, and always kept in mind my budget and what I was hoping for which were not easy to match. In the end I picked a vehicle that I though I was happy with but realized it was not the right fit, the team wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and worked it out so that I got everything I needed. Throughout the process I worked with a few different people and everyone made me feel as if they appreciated my business.
