Good buying experience

Rick Dike only showed me vehicles that met my criteteria and didn't try to sell me what he had instead of what I wanted. He emailed when the vehicle came in that matched what I wanted and the buying process was relaxed and non pressure. I highly recommend Rick and Five Star.

First time was a good experience

John was a real easy going guy that made me feel comfortable test driving and going over potential cars. We found what I wanted quickly, and Tut had me in and out pretty fast with the finance stuff. The main issue here was that when I went to pick up the car it had scratches and dents. So I came back the next day expecting it to be a lot better, but the car still had some blemishes. I just wish it was done correctly the first time. I'm going to take it back soon for service. Aside from that, I was treated very well here, and I'm proud to own a mustang.

Awesome Salesman, staff and dealership

My salesman wad great, he asked me about what I wanted and delivered exactly what he promised. He worked hard to meet my needs. Great personality, attitude and knowlegable. I've bought at this dealership before and they always welcome me and make my experience great. My finance guy was great as well, worked with me to get additional items and made the finamcing experience completely easy. Great staff and dealership, I'm a customer for life.

Honest, entirely transparent pricing

Gave honest and upfront pricing on the internet, over the phone, and at the dealership. Lone star in the sea of gangsters that operate as car dealers in this area.

Purchase of new 2017 F-150

I have been a Ford client for many years. I had a newer model F-150 that I was having problems with and was loosing faith in the Ford Brand. Joshua Fichter the GM for Five Start Ford NRH stepped in and worked with me and Ford to find a solution to my problem, It ended up with me buying a new 2017 F-150. The staff at Five Star took, what was a terrible experience for me and turned it into a very pleasant experience. They stood behind the Ford Product and went above and beyond in taking care of a long time Ford client. Lee Clanton made the buying process a very pleasant one. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Elbert (Tut) Edwards was great to deal with in Finance. This is the 4th truck I have purchased from Five Star. I would recommend Five Star to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They make the buying process a very easy one. Great Dealership!!

Good products at a fair price. Excellent service.

Exceptionally friendly environment.by all sales representatives. Always helpful and courteous, even when they were not my sales rep. Finance was helpful and did not pressure for additional items. A very comfortable experience. Fair pricing for purchase and trade in. No manager was needed to resolve a negotiated price. 2012 King Ranch Expedition EL

Terrific Service

From the initial phone call requesting information, leading to service, to the final completion of my needed service project, all was handled professionally and with great care. There was no doubt about the high quality of service and care given by the employees of Five Star Ford - from the technicians, to my fabulous service writer, John Maurice, to the ladies at the cashier's desk - all were friendly, helpful, kind, and courteous.

Great F-150

The service was helpful, detailed, and friendly. There was lengthy waiting at several stages, but other than that it was a very positive experience. William did an excellent job answering questions.
