Recently had a warranty engine swap out due to the Royota engine recall. Hendrick handled it with class and and kept me involved in each step of the process Returning my vehicle to me within a few days of having the parts. Likewise followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Fantasric experience.

It was a pleasure working with James to get just the right car for my 19 year old. The dealership is fantastic. Phillip helped me with the purchasing process and was knowledgeable and accommodating. Even though it was the afternoon of Dec. 31, I did not feel rushed. I was treated with a great deal of courtesy. The cars that I looked at were perfectly maintained and ready to roll off of the lot. I received a call from Anthony in response to an online search. He invited me to come and see what the dealership had that might interest me. It was a positive car buying experience.

Caleb Layne went out of his way for me and my wife to get a new Camry. He isn’t our salesman he’s our friend and we genuinely appreciate what he did for us. We love our Camry and we will come back as long as Caleb Layne works there!

My car buying experience flowed smoothly since the phone call from Caleb and when I walked through the door speaking with your friendly and professional receptionist. My car salesman Nathan made our experience fun and exciting and he was very knowledgeable. Thank you to the manager that went out of his way to find my EXACT Rav4 that I wanted. Thank you to KJ for being so polite. It was New Years Eve and they could have been so rude and rushing but it was the COMPLETE opposite. Well done Rick Hendrich Team for literally ending my 2024 with a bang and starting my 2025 with a huge blessing

$1300+ and car came home 4 days later with new plugs and

$1300+ and car came home 4 days later with new plugs and brake fluid. Low tire light still on and told for a cost of $160., my radio had a short and needed replacement for just under 3K which I said no. On the 4 th day there i finally got someone around noon to tell me my car had been ready since early am. A simple call would have been appreciated but not there thing if service advisor is not there. Went to Fresh Market upon leaving only to find out I did not have my key. Has to call service for assistance. Not a happy camper.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new Toyota

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new Toyota Rav4 and we happened to find Rick Hendrick?s. Lawrence Cunningham attended to us and he was super patient and nice every step of the way. We were able to get our Rav4 XLE Premier with weather package about 2 weeks after we 1st walked in. All these while, Lawrence kept communicating with us to make sure we get what we were looking for. We still reach out to him if we have questions about our purchase. We are very pleased with his service. Our only down side was when we went to finance to finalize our purchase. The man we met was not as nice. He tried to push us to buy additional insurance and became upset when we said no. We finally had to settle for something that was not part of our plan. I just had to walk out at that point. Overall, I would recommend this dealer.
