Mazda recalls

Ford is resisting a recall on a different Takata airbag inflator as another 
 death is linked to the type of inflators already recalled.

News of a 12th Takata-related death came amid a recall for a different type 
 of inflator from the ones identified in its massive recall.
 

Approximately 228,000 model-year 2014-16 Mazda3 cars and model-year 
 2014-15 Mazda6 sedans are being recalled.

There are two separate recalls being issued for model-year 2004-08 Mazda 
 RX-8 sports cars.

Approximately 174,000 2011 Mazda2 hatchbacks, and 2010-11 Mazda3 cars and Mazdaspeed3 hatchbacks are being recalled.
