Subaru WRX STI

Subaru will build for the U.S. about 200 of its performance-upgraded S209 
 versions of the WRX STI sedans. The S models formerly were sold only in 
 Japan.

The U.S. will get a version of the limited-edition Subaru WRX STI 
 performance flagship previously offered only in Japan.

Subaru's 2019 WRX sport sedan gets minor updates and a $225 price 
 increase; the 2019 WRX STI gets a $525 bump and 5 more horsepower.
 

Subaru describes Viziv as a next-generation sports sedan, and it could be 
 a hint of the design for the next WRX.

The limited-production editions of each Subaru model have a special 
 Heritage Blue color and special trim and interior accents.

The Subaru WRX STI's rally pedigree still shines through, but the car's performance chops don't overcome the car's roughness.

Approximately 9,200 model-year 2015 Subaru WRX and WRX STI sedans 
 are being recalled for a factory-installed subwoofer in the trunk.

 edition Series.HyperBlue takes it to another level.
