IT FELT LIKE DRIVING A CTS

LOVE THE FACT THAT IT'S SPORTY; LUXURIOUS; ROOMY-(I'M 6'3 TALL); AND MOST IMPORTANT A GAS SAVER AT U.S. $$$ DOLLARS. I LOVE THE TILTING MIRRORS, WHEN MAKING MANEUVERS!

Great value

This suv checks all my boxes for me. Very roomy. Great space with back seats down. Great pick up. Accelerates quickly. Great value if you compare to Lexus nx. My only complaint is that it runs best on high octane gas and I would like to use regular.

Acura RDX Love

My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted and went to test drive a car she found online at Volvo Village. Brianna was so nice on the phone. Andre Vieira is who worked with us. Andre is a dog lover, so pleasant to work with, and just a good man. Marcelo and Andre walked us through financing and worked hard to find us the best rate. Its a week later and we are so happy. I can't say enough about the team at Volvo Village and I will go straight back when the need comes up again. Matthew

My RDX

Love my RDX but the seats could be a little more comfortable for long road trips. The back of driver seat too concave.

My Least Favorite Acura Since 1988

We have owned 2 Acura Legends (1988 & 1990) and 2 Acura MDX (2005 & 2009) models prior to our most recent/current 2013 Acura RDX. We became loyal supporters of the Acura Brand over the years and figured the 2013 Acura RDX redesign would be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, our Acura RDX has been plagued with transmission issues, choppy suspension, uncomfortable HVAC for the rear passengers and underwhelming seat quality and comfort. My wife dreads her daily commute and is considering another brand for her next new vehicle purchase.

Mostly a very good crossover

I bought my RDX AWD as a certified pre-owned vehicle from an Acura dealer with 10k on the odometer. It's strengths are: interior and exterior design; powerful V6 engine; roominess for its size; dependability; and low depreciation. Weaknesses: stiff ride; poorly designed buttons/controls; mediocre rear visibility; and small sunroof.

Elegant Crossover SUV

I got an excellent deal on a used 2013 RDX AWD with Technology Package. Mileage was 23,000 and it looks and smells like new. The first owner had the side windows tinted and a dark tint band applied to the top of the windshield. These are nice touches for daytime driving in Florida, but I'm having some difficulty getting used to the dark tint at night and might have to have the tint removed on the front side windows. I love this car. It is quick, with plenty of power to pass and merge into traffic. It is a little jerky at slow speeds, I assume because of the gearing in the lower gears. There is the slight sensation of things happening in the power train while the car is cruising and the cylinder deactivation system is doing its thing, but it is barely noticeable. The cylinder deactivation system works well and I was happy to average 27 mpg on a 2,000 mile trip last week. I'm 6' tall and there is plenty of interior room for me and my passengers and luggage. The rear hatch area has generous space for cargo. Handling is exceptional for a mid-size SUV. I have read some criticism of the electric power steering but I think it works very well. Perhaps it does isolate the driver from road feedback, but it is a low effort system, and I have no trouble pointing the RDX where I want to go and it tracks like an arrow. The Michelin Primacy tires offer excellent grip and gas mileage, and the TPMS system works well to monitor tire pressures. The AWD model has a full size spare tire and a jack, which is lacking in the FWD model so I'm glad I chose AWD. The electronics are complex and it will take some time for me to get used to the various features and reading through the large owners manuals. The navigation system is nice with a large screen, but I prefer my old Garmin portable unit for its simplicity and ease of use. The RDX navigation system does not seem to have a readout for speedometer or speed limits, which is another reason I prefer my Garmin. The vehicle it replaced was a third generation Toyota 4Runer Limited , which was a very tough and reliable utility vehicle but which had about 100 horsepower less than the RDX and it lacked the RDX's highway refinement and comfort. I donated the 4Runner to my son, hence the need to find a replacement everyday driver for myself. I'm very pleased with my choice of an RDX AWD.

Never wanted a luxury car

I never wanted a luxury car but sure glad I got one. The car is really a pleasure to drive, especially on long drives. It's quiet, comfortable and fun. My car has a little under 40k miles however have had only minor fixes. Overall, I've been very happy with the purchase.
