2020 Acura RDX consumer reviews

Very comfortable ride. I feel secure in the vehicle with the safety features and tight handling. Stereo is awesome. Good power, particularly in Sport mode.

I bought the family’s first Acura in 2014. A 2010 TL-SH-AWD. Needless to say, I knew right away we would be a Acura family moving forward. Wife was finally ready for upgrade after driving her 02’ 4Runner since 2007. We went with the 2020 RDX A-Spec SH-AWD for a few reasons. First reason; Incredible styling, followed closely by safety and the affordable price point we achieved by leasing and owning a Acura already. Upgraded infotainment with Apple car play is perfect for us, safety features are must have for us as we have a 10 year old son. Overall we couldn’t be happier. Sport plus mode gives us all the power we need out of the 4 cylinder to zip around and pass when needed. Highly recommend the RDX to small family’s that need plenty of room for 5.

This is a nice car but not the luxury I’m use to. Wanted to try a new model and now wish I would have stayed with Infinity’s. The car is nice but interior is standard with no sensors and after having sensors it’s so hard not to have them

Previously owned a 2017 RDX so decided to try the 2020. Better in some ways but I miss the 6 cylinder engine and the old electronics were easier to use. New car is more comfortable and rides better. Looking forward to a long road trip to really get the feel of the car but, so far so good.

I've owned the car for a few days so it's too early to write a review (i.e. reliability/performance). But so far I'm happy - it's a very comfortable car with great looks.

This care is very comfortable and has lots of safety features. My insurance payment actually went down as a result. I really like the Heads Up windshield projection and all the other safety features that keep your eyes on the road.

The infotainment system does not shut down when the car is turned off causing the battery to die. There is no fix. Acura service says "we do not know what to do" Acura corporate says they are working on it. Do not even think about getting an an Acura RDX. You will regret it if you do

I've leased a 2015, 2017, and now, the 2020. Worst of the three. Acura cheaped out on this year. Car rattles and shakes while driving. Backing out of my garage it shakes. The transmission is always hunting for the correct gear. The electronics is the WORST. The navigation system is a joke. Acura made it too complicated. Hard to key an address. The voice system takes too long and often won't find the location. EX: Was looking for street number 20178. Kept finding 2017A. Had to repeat three times. Last time shouting the number. They did away w/the CD Player, so had to load on a USB stick. More often than not the car won't find the USB stick. When it does, no easy way to play songs in a folder. VERY DISAPPOINTED and WON'T be leasing another RDX. Guess I'm stuck for three years w/this xxx.

I never have to worry when I start my car because I know it will give me great performance every time. It’s a great car to own.

Incredible array of features for the price. Amazing to drive. A comparable BMW or AUDI would cost $10,000 more. The stereo is phenomenal. I highly recommend this vehicle.
