The Finest Car I've Ever Owned

I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle, but when I saw the SRX parked at a local Farmer's Market, my head spun around. Walking toward the vehicle, I thought the window sticker would reflect a price of approximately 50K. I was amazed at the sticker price. The following week, I test drove the car, traded my Pacifica in, drove the SRX off of the lot, and never looked back. It handles beautifully, it's richly appointed, and extremely quiet. This vehicle is surely going to give the Lexus RS350 competition!

Smooth Ride

I bought a brand new Cadillac SRX premium black w/ shale interior a couple of weeks ago and am not disappointed. The interior and exterior design are superb and has been turning heads since I drove off the lot. The engine is somewhat sluggish initially but overall this is a fantastic ride. The instrument panel and navigation system are top notch. Cabin noise is very minimal. Handling is very responsive. This car will surely give Lexus some good competition.

Good value for money

Have had the new 2010 SRX for a month now. No problems. Very good gas mileage for midsize crossover. V6 3.0 has plenty of power when cruising over 55mph on the road but lacks that quick surge when going up hills. Cadillac would have been better served to use the 3.5 liter v6 like Nissan, Lexus Ford etc for their similar crossovers. Have driven all before chosing Cadillac. The Cadillac styling and interior features swayed me in the Cadillacs direction. Very definitely a Cadillac with quality similar to Lexus and Audi. Price right now a little cheaper but think that will change next year. Better get one now and save. A notch above. Great car!!!!

Very disappointed

VERY POOR power! Climbing a hill on the highway was very slow. Spoke to dealer about Turbo...going to wait to see how that is. Inside nice, but no arm rests!!!! This vehicle is fine for moms that drive around town, if you are a business woman like me that does a lot of highway - keep looking...

A Cadillac Through & Through

I rented one for three days to make sure it lived up to it's billing. It is simply put "All Cadillac". A true luxury crossover that will compete head to head with the segment leaders. It is stylish and loaded with technogoly and safety. HDD, Bluetooth, and a navigation system that's second to none. The drivers info is even in color! The overall quality is amazing. Bought a Gold Mist & shale FWD Premium edition and couldn't be happier. The 3.0L engine has plenty of spunk and the ride is incredible. Cabin noise is almost non exsistance. Gas milage is great, I am averaging 23.5 combined driving. It purrs along on regular not premieum like most of it's competitors. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime and three weeks and 1,000 miles after the purchase, I still spend an hour before bed admiring this baby. All I can say is look out Lexus RX 350, there a new sheriff in town. GM, why did it take you so long to bring this winner to market?

This will be a keeper

Purchased a Gold Mist with the Shale interior. Interior design is suberp. Dahsboard user friendly, slick odometers and controls. Included the navigation package wich comes with the rearview camera and the Bose speakers. Very happy to have included this option, i normally would never pay ofr it. But since i thought this is the car i will finally keep for a good 5+years, i decided to buy it. Panoramic roof is amazing, it makes the interior very bright and lightweight (that's why i would highly recommend the shale interior, the brownstone accent makes it look very elegant). Front grill has the "mean" Caddy look which right away got attention from the parking lot people. Throttle and accelaration not like a sports car but this is the best you would get from a crossover. Disappointmens are the mpg, the seats could be a little more comfortable and no spare tire. There is an inflator kit in the trunk. Engine towards the quiter side but Lexus RX350 was even quiter, yet the Lexus lacked the character overall. If you're thinking of buying this car, do not think twice. I test drove the Lexus RX350 and am X5 (although the latter is a different category), i would pick the SRX any given day.

New 2010 SRX

Just picked up my new SRX from the local Cadillac dealer. Heard about it through various press and fell in love with the styling. Just have had it a couple of days, but vehicle drives great. Great attention to detail inside. I like the cluster gauges and the pop up Nav. Drives solid and plenty of room inside.
