Very Fun Car to Own and Drive Every Day
We bought this car used with 15,000 miles and it has been great. Lots of options at the base model that are very nice to have. The V6 has plenty of power to move this car quickly, it is very surprising. The car gets good gas mileage for it's size, typically 24+ combined, but will get 28-30 on a freeway cruise. It also has plenty of space for five adults to ride comfortably, and a large trunk with tons of space.

Sharp, stylish sporty, comfort and luxury
Having owned several Cadillacs prior to this xxx, and reluctantly having to buy another car because someone totaled my DTS, the dealership insisted I take it for the weekend for an extended test drive. After driving it for three days, I liked the car. Smaller yet still plenty of space inside, decent truck space and back seat room, all wheel drive, and more efficient yet more power to weight ration than my Northstar DTS. This car handles very good, and much less ?geriatric? looking than my previous DTS. The last xxx I owned was in the early 2000?s. What a different car. This has been an excellent car with the exceptions of yearly rust repairs on the drivers rear quarter (I live in the rust belt), and having to replace micro switches in the gear selector and door handles...all known and notorious problems with these cars. Otherwise, it?s been exceptionally reliable, replacing only brakes, tires and regular synthetic oil changes in the 170,000 miles of its life. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to someone looking for a reliable, luxurious sporty sedan.

Material failure of engine block
I like the Cadillacs as I have purchased 9. Now I am buying my granddaughter a Subaru Outback.I think it is a disgrace that GM would not back their product. The engine block was failing from the inside out. The car never missed a service or overheated. The material breakdown should have been covered even though my extended warranty had expired. Mary Barra failed to back a GM product and let the disabled vet take the loss. Cadillac estimate eleven to twelve thousand dollars for a new engine. A local auto dealer and sales gave a five to six thousand dollars for the repair. I could not afford the cost and took the thirty five hundred he offered me for the car He then repaired the engine and sold the car for ninety five hundred. A man at the gas station liked the looks of my 2010 CTS and said that he was going to buy a Cadillac I told him about my experience and said that GM doesn't back their Cadillac owners. He then stated he would not buy a Cadillac. I tell everyone I come in contact about GM's lack of concern for their consumers and the lack of compensating for material breakdown of their products.

Most luxurious car I have ever had
This car is all about comfort. It does have a lot of buttons I haven't figured out yet, but it did come with a manual that I haven't read yet. It does only get about 18 mpg, but how much is your comfort worth?

I owned Cadillacs before this purchase so that was
The styling on this car is just amazing. The color White Diamond is a very good looking car. The interior of the car is just is everything you could ask for. It has the luxury package. From memory seats to navigating. This car is just what I was looking for.

Drives like a Cadillac!
We owned our 2008 Cadillac xxx platinum edition with Northstar v-8 for about eight years. within the time we owned our Cadillac we had exceptional reliability, comfortable ride, offered great performance with the v-8 option, and had plenty of interior space. I highly recommend purchasing a Cadillac and know you will enjoy it for years to come.
