Nice Car to Drive But Disappointment in Technology
Overall, the car is a nice ride and enjoyable to drive. Heads-up display is nice but should also include blindspot warnings. Blindspot warnings are in the side mirrors but you have to take your eyes off the road to know there is traffic in your blindspot. Seat vibration is nice for collision detection and lane departure. Blindspot in the seat vibration would also be nice. Technology is the big disappointment with this car and apparently Cadillac in general. The Infotainment system is problematic and lacks basic features that exist with virtually all other manufacturers. For example, the Cadillac Infotainment system does not support bluetooth text messaging. Unlike other manufacturers, the only way you can get your text messages displayed or read out loud is to be hard wired connected through Android Auto or Apple Carplay. What is the sense of having bluetooth if you need to hard wire a connection to Android Auto? My dealer confirmed to me today that bluetooth messaging is no longer supported by Cadillac. Seriously? In today's age of integration, Cadillac is not supporting it? Infotainment system voice recognition and hands free integration fails often. Very unimpressive. Also, most all manufacturers provide you free Android or IOS apps that allow you to have remote access to your car for GPS, remote start, gas and mileage information etc. Cadillac has an app but you must pay a monthly $35 fee through OnStar to get the same service that other auto manufacturers provide to their customers at no cost. For what you pay for a Cadillac, it is disappointing that they will charge you a monthly subscription. So nice car, poor technology interface. Big disappointment. If you value the evolution of technology integration for hands free voice activation and commands, stay away from Cadillac.

Luxury and Leg Room
I was surprised at the leg room in the back of the XT4, I previously drove a larger SUV and I did not feel like I sacrificed any space but added alot of technology and luxury.

Can you say fun?
Genuinely fun to both tool around town in sport mode and cruise quietly on the byway using 2 cylinders in touring mode. Comfortable, quiet, responding.

Great Vehicle
Safety features on it are great. Luxury throughout. Wish it had better gas mileage. But I still highly recommend. You cannot go wrong with a Cadillac.

Broke from factory
At this stage of ownership , it is not worth the price based on how many things have malfunctioned and broke.. Gas gauge not working right from factory.. replaced and not working again.. backup camera card has to be replaced not working, two weeks now and no part.. Latest problem, the FAB braking system, twice now decides to brake car and cause a danger situation for no apparent reason.. Car is at the dealer..

With less than 2000 miles-Problem
Great step up from KIA Optima for wife. Not happy Timing Chain Tensioner broken at 2000 miles. Expected better from Cadillac!! I'm not sure they tested this new engine long enough before introduction to the public. Would love the thing if it had a Turbo 6 instead of a 4. Holding my judgement till they fix it.

Riding in Style and Comfort
Newly designed by Cadillac from the ground up. Engine is quiet and delivers power when I need it. Electronic brakes take a bit to getting use to , but after a few days no problem,. Interior legroom and headroom spacious. Car is almost 4.5" wider than most of its competitors. Make sure you check your garange to see if it fits before you lease or buy!
