2019 Cadillac XT4 consumer reviews

This car delivers all that I ask from it. I do wish it had a little more HP. Performance is very good for such a small engine.

With Error showing up Front and rear lights shop working. I stopped and checked - restarted car , still same. I took my XT4 to Bayer dealer services - day later they could not find out the problem. I am worried as its winter if it continues on highway again - Its dangerous.

The XT4 is a slightly smaller updated version of my SRX that I traded for this vehicle. Not many of these on the road yet, although they are selling well. The blade headlights and stylish taillights are so cool! The sporty look of this car turns lots of heads! Fun to drive and still a roomy cargo space.

I love Cadillac, style comfort design, the way it drives. How bright and spacious inside, outside looks so awesome, technology 2 years ahead of any vehicle.

After only driving car for 4 days xt4 had a total breakdown. Brake and electrical system failed. Dealer has determined that vehicle needs brake cylinder replacement. Part not available and on back order. Total nightmare. Have good dealership Williamson working to make it right.

Transmission issues at first run of day when eng. and trans. are cold. Bucks terribly around 34 mph, 1450 RPM in 7th gear. Both loaners they provided did the same identical thing. Quits after about 5 miles of driving. Also can hear trans knock when accelerating after coasting for a few seconds. Like slowing for a red light then it turns green before you stop. Re-applying accelerator produces this knock, almost all the time. District manager insulted all engineers by saying it runs as designed. They would not let me talk to him or be with him during the test run. They have a problem and will not recognize it. Am done with GM.

Only had the car for a couple of days, so it is too early to evaluate Performance or Reliability. I find the vehicle to be very comfortable and a smooth and easy ride with style and all the safety features. Love the Apple Play feature.

This is my first Cadillac. I traded in my BMW X1 for this vehicle and so far, I am very happy with my choice. My BMW X1 did not have the most comfortable seats and I did not find the car to be that comfortable to drive. I am very happy with the seats in my XT4 Sport and overall, I feel more comfortable driving this vehicle. While not as fast as the X1, the XT4 still is pretty peppy. I love the look and styling of this vehicle, and all the cool options I have. The screen is a nicer size too than the BMW that I had. Overall, very happy

Small bump in the front deploys driver airbag. We have been waiting since May 10-2019. Until now the drivers airbag part is not available. More than 5 months waiting for a 2019 Cadillac xt4 drivers airbag. Completely unacceptable. Will definitely not recommend it. Not reliable. We still keep paying the car payment and insurance without able to use the car. Cadillac Dealership is not doing anything as well.

I’ve been with BMW for a decade and I’ve always been a big fan of the Ultimate Driving Machine! The new XT4 Sport Trim gives it a run for the money. It has all the same features along with more horsepower and torque than the X3. The interior is much more plush with leather vs. hard plastic molding on the dash and various surface areas. The SUV handles well and turns heads. Very happy to have taken the plunge and changed to this beautiful and stylish vehicle. I highly recommend taking one for a test drive and making one yours!
