So far so much fun!

Ah yes the Chevrolet Camaro (5th Gen), initially released in very late 2009 as a 2010 model and then for the 2011 model year they introduced the Convertible. Which is what I own, Inferno Orange 2011 2SS RS w/ 6speed and Hurst OEM short throw shifter. Amazing car, good gas mileage for a 6.2L V8 (LS3). Even the Automatic (L99) SS cars are great! My only two issues are the "sun visors" which are smaller than your average envelope and the lack of lumbar support. It was $40,000+ new, come on Chevrolet.

Best Car I've Owned

I have the SS model. Which means 400 gas guzzling horses, and 410 lbs-ft of torque! It's my daily driver and I love everything about it. Life's too short to worry about gas mileage. I'd rather a thrilling driving experience, along with that beautiful sound from that 6.2 liter V8. But you definitely need an aftermarket exhaust system, because the stock exhaust is wayyyy too quiet.

The convertible top leaks with side blowing rain. Out side that GREAT ride. I drive this car about three times a week. And it's a great looking car. I will like to get suggestions about how to fix the leaks. Thank.

base model camaros are great cars for the money

This is a good performance car for non performance car money. Plenty of power and the sound system isn't bad. I've had better cars but no where near this price.

Beast!

What a car! Fast, sleek and awesome! The only negative would be the last known of visibility with the small windows. Be very careful when switching lanes and such.

2011 Camaro Homerun!

I have had my 2011 Camaro LT2 for just over a year now and it truly is an amazing car! General Motors has stepped up there game when it comes to quality and value, so far I have not had one problem with this car mechanically in just 37,373 miles. The 312hp 3.6L V6 runs very smooth and when you open up the throttle this baby moves fast! The 6 speed auto seems to be a good match for this car it has 2 modes drive and sport and when you really want to push it I'd recommend sport mode, you can feel the differences. The exterior design speaks for it self awesome! People do complain about the interior and visibility, but you have to remember that this was a concept car and i'm glad they didn't mess with the overall design too much! You want a sports car that delivers and is good on gas, this is it!
